Fortezza Coffee

Great coffee, superb staff and very cozy atmosphere. If I could, I would make this my daily stop for coffee, but sadly it is not on my daily travel route. We need more local, attentive shops such as Fortezza.

Pretty good coffee shop to meet up with friends and talk at. They have a few milk alternatives. They also serve beer. Place is pretty nice with lots of room and different seating. I do think they could use another couch or two though.

Fortezza is a unique place to get your caffeine fix...and one of my absolute fave coffee joints in the Fort. If you've been frequenting Sbucks, I'd urge you to give Fortezza a shot; frankly, I think everything they put out is better quality than chain shops, and you won't find the unique food specials in any of those other places. AND they have beer! So get your early cup o'joe on the way to work, and swing back by to grab some great Chapman's brews to cap off your day.

Best thing about Fortezza, aside from the coffee/espresso itself, is the perfect temperature of every drink. Other coffee places I like make it piping hot as if for a trucker who will be on the road all day. Fortezza's customer service is good too, except one time when the reddish-yellow barista yelled at me in front of everyone for wearing a knitted mask. Worth it.

It's right down town Ft Wayne, parking was easy, although overpriced, but isn't it always. The,atmosphere was upbeat and conversive. They were pleasant and energetic, exactly what a downtown coffee shop should be in my opinion. Thanks

Coffee is great and the food is awesome! Even better (if that's possible) is the service. Just watched a barista put down everything and go out of his way to help a handicapped customer get around the store. Great people serving great products and experiences here at Fortezza.

I loved my service and food and drinks.. I miss the hominess of the first decor and early menu.. yes were better too.. service to the table then.. far fewer tables.. more comfy seating helps me feel at home.. could we change back??

Fortezza has made considerable improvements to both there staff and inside design. Staff is frendly and much more efficient than before. The inside has also been altered and changes to both seating and inside decor have improved. It’s a pretty cool place to meet with friends or to study. The coffee is great and on par with othe cafe’s in town. I’d love to see the inside continue to improve.

Looking for brunch, their biscuit sandwich with egg, bacon, cheddar and jelly is amazing! I lived their mushrooms 🍄 cheese quiche too! Locally owned, #supportthefort!
