So, the food and drinks are great. I have been in three times, and I can’t describe it any other way than to say it was uncomfortable. The staff are unwelcoming and cold. This is not the the type of vibe I’m looking for when I’m choosing a coffee shop. This is a disappointment, because I love to support local businesses. I felt as though I was imposing on the person behind the counter with each visit. People can have bad days, that’s fair. But after three visits and the same experience, I left questioning if I had done something offensive because of how I was treated. I tip well, I am very friendly…so I can’t quite figure out how it’s that hard to be kind to a friendly customer that is buying a coffee. Just be kind. You can easily make or break someone’s day by how you treat them. Use that opportunity to spread a little joy in the world .

My scone was excellent! Never been here before, so I was walking by and thought why not stop. A young lady by the name of Rain took care of me. Very nice person.
This place sells coffee and alcohol. Plus different desserts. It is located downtown Fort Wayne. Thank you.

One if my favorite shops! Thank you

Really neat spot with great coffee, chill vibe, friendly staff and everything you want from a local stop. Come on through and enjoy the brew!

I had a cortado as soon as I walked in and ordered another by the time I left. Espresso shots were pulled through a mod bar; my first time seeing this setup, and they have a nice variety of coffees you're able to choose from for pour over. They had a few different food options for breakfast and a good amount of baked goods and other snack items. They also serve beer (!?) which I've never come across before in a coffee shop. It seemed this place attracted a good amount of regulars and the staff was a great part of the atmosphere. The prices were reasonable and the open faced chorizo sandwich I had was stellar. I'll be back if I'm ever in Fort Wayne.

Great house blend coffee with Brie and bacon pastry!

Pretty good third wave shop! I was very disappointed by the lack of designated or reimbursed parking. They just expect you to figure it out, which doesn’t fly in most major cities. They serve Counter Culture, which was also disappointing. If I wanted CCC, I’d have gone to a generic shop back home. The baristas were friendly but not too interested in conversation. Overall, a nice relaxing atmosphere muddled by the stress of getting there.

Fortezza Coffee is located in the heart of the bustling city. This is a great spot that seems to be a short walk from just about anywhere. The menu is simple but is rich in a variety of your favorite drinks and snacks. The shop is divided into three areas. The bar up front, an open sitting room for games and conversation, and a reserve room in the back. This place is great for a lunch break, meeting friends, or arranging a business conversation. Will definitely be back.

It's a nice quiet place with an industrial feel. Prices were a little high for the small sizes of their cups. Not a lot of choices for drinks.

Got an Oatmilk iced mocha and a white chocolate frappe. Both were very good. My daughter said she could drink that every day :-)
