I love the coffee here!! Honestly the best coffee I’ve had. I’d definitely recommend.

I don't drink coffee, but the quiche is always amazing and I LIVE for their iced vanilla Chai. All tables and chairs are vintage upcycled and they have couches and games to play as well. Perfect for families, catching up with friends, work meetings or for college study sessions. It's tucked away in a shop called Birds Gotta Fly so you can sip and shop as well. There is sometimes live music, especially around the holidays

Locals LOVE steelyard. It's a comfortable, relational space with excellent coffee and caring staff. Meetings are easy, catching up is easy, sitting by yourself is easy- you can't go wrong. Whether you just swing by or stay a bit and you'll be glad you did. Highly recommend the cinnamon roll and a stay-a-while French press!

I get the Cuban Kiss every time and it is perfect. The staff is friendly and the goodies are fresh.

I was excited to try this place out because of the reviews. The place is cute, lady who took my order had fuchi face right when I got up to order. I ordered the iced Cuban kiss but was given a hot I let the girl who was making drinks know that I ordered an iced and she stared at me for a few seconds sighed then said “okay”. I took that as an answer that she would remake it. I sat back down and waited about 5 minutes when it was called up I said thanks but didn’t get a response back. The place wasn’t busy. No line and only a few people sitting inside. Don’t think I’ll be back.

I got to visit for my 1st time today and fell in love with the atmosphere,the ambiance and the coffee. The smells of all the soaps,candles and the food were amazing. The coffee is superb,am very pleased with the caramel frappe. I'm definitely going back to experience more coffee and some food. It's the perfect place to meet with friends in Elkhart. A rare jewel!

Very odd: on their menu board, they advertised a wrap, half for one price, full for another. I ordered a cup of soup and half a wrap, and the woman at the counter said, "Sorry, we don't do half wraps, only full." I pointed to the menu board, and she said, "Let me confirm," turned to the woman beside her, who shook her head, then the first woman told me again, "No, we don't do half wraps here." Felt like I walked into a Seinfeld episode!

We tried the half panini, quesadilla and tomato soup as well as a couple drinks. It was all pretty good, looking forward to going back.

Besides the service being top shelf, the coffee is a Grand Slam! I have difficulties finding coffee that doesn’t hurt my stomach. Whoever roasts the beans, is a true professional. Stick with it, y’all!

Steelyard is THE BEST coffee shop in Elkhart. Nicole, Salah, Marilyn and Tara are always such a delight.
