Definitely the best option for bubble tea in Bloomington; it compared favorably to some of our favorites in NYC and the price is quite reasonable.

My niece and I stopped in for bubble tea, and were amazed at all the options! The staff are super friendly and helpful, and offered recommendations and samples for us bubble tea newbies, LOL đ I was very impressed, will visit again when I'm in the neighborhood!

Extremely nice manager and staff. Our Girl Scout Troop needed a place to have a meeting and have boba. They welcomed us. THANK YOU!

This place used to be really good. They had a great selection of teas, and a couple options for boba. However now and the past few times I have been here there has been nothing. They donât have the tea you want or even your second or third choice, and they only keep one type of boba available at a time. I donât think it is the staff, I think it is poor management. Someone is not making the orders for what this place needs. Tea is the primary thing to be ordered here. How can they let the tea run out and then still remain open? This has happened numerous times over the last two years and you sometimes have to wait a full month before anything gets shipped in. It is a waste of money to pay for something you donât want.

Generally hit or miss, depending on the staff. I have had some of the best bubble tea here, and then also received several items that did not match what I ordered. I once went to order bubble tea and the person at the register didnât know what went in a regular boba bubble tea, and another time I was told they were out of boba. Not sure how a bubble tea place could be out of boba. We keep coming back to roll the dice, because when itâs a good bubble tea day, itâs really good.

Boba was good but the line went slow

Usually very good but this time they got both of our orders wrong. They werenât even special orders just menu items. My boyfriend ordered a winter melon tea and got honey dew, and my tea had no boba when I specifically asked for it. And to make things worse the guy preparing our drinks had a nosebleed and had a tissue sticking in his nose. These drinks are too expensive to be messed up

The last two times I went to this location on Saturday they were not ready to serve customers when they were open. I think the problem is the staff. The products are usually good when the ingredients are made correctly but that is typically too high of an expectation for Saturday's staff. Overall, I won't visit this location anymore. There are other bubble tea locations in town with comperable products.

The drinks were great, however the staff weren't wearing masks when I went on July 4th in spite of the sign that asked for customers to be respectful of others and wear masks.
It makes me personally wary to see signs like that but still have the employees who touch my food and hand when giving me my change not wearing any protection

Didn't have boba and didn't tell me until after I paid for my tea. Forgot my boyfriend's order. Miso ramen was warm with stale noodles and a tiny piece of bok choy for 13$. No eggs or any other toppings like the picture. Horrible. Never go here
