I love their Thai milk tea with honey boba! The stuff was great at recommended drinks and food. Very knowledgeable about their products. Food was awesome! Love the popcorn chicken!

The biggest issue of this restaurant is that the food quality is not stable. I’ve been here many times since it’s open. Half of the times the food was fine, but it went wrong equally often. Yesterday the noodle I ordered was even not thoroughly cooked. The staff were basically college students, and the they come and go. Their cooking skills are the reason why the food could go wrong so dramatically. And apparently the owner barely cared about employee training.
I texted the owner and he didn’t respond. It’s the only shop in town that provides a full menu of Chinese beverage, and maybe that’s why the owner didn’t bother to do something to ensure the food quality, because of lack of competition. In mainland China or Taiwan, or just a bigger town with more small food businesses, a place like this won’t survive a month.

I really had a great experience at Zero Degrees. One of the staff members named Lilly was so nice. She helped me choose my boba fruit drink and she was really patient. The strawberry boba drink is so good. I definitely recommend trying Zero Degrees

A fun little Asian snack and food shop featuring tea and fluffy shaved ice. Their shaved ic is nothing like the typical American style shaved ice, btw.. It's almost creamy rather than crunchy.

The food here is delicious and the portions are generous. There is usually a bit of a wait for the food; however, I've often been given a free dessert as an apology for having to wait for my order. The variety of Asian and Island cuisine is a fun change from the other standard fast food places nearby.

I like the tea and the food, heard the ice cream is pretty good too.

As far as their bubble tea goes, it was not good. Cool combinations but when I ordered my usual with less ice/regular sweet - it was way too sweet! I felt a major sugar rush after. Also the boba they have is not that great of quality. I was so excited, oh well!

I have been here once before and had a fine experience. The service was slow but the boba was great. The second time I came I was in a rush so I ordered online for pickup. They state online in multiple areas that they open at 11:00. However when I arrived at 11:20 to pick up my order there was a hand written sign that said they didn't open until 11:30. I waited outside for 10 minutes and entered at 11:30. There was an extremely rude young lady that dismissed me and said they are not open. I said that I had an online order to pickup and that the sign outside said they opened at 11:30. I asked when they would open and she said whenever my front person gets here. I didn't have time to just wait around so I canceled my order. I'm super disappointed because for the most part I enjoyed my first time there. I own a small business and my customers expect my to be open and ready when I say I will. I don't know why this place would be any different.

We were greeted upon entry, and politely ask to put on our masks.
There was a short wait for one of our drinks (we were informed when ordering, it would take a few minutes)
The milk teas we ordered were delicious.
