Elder + Oat

An amazing cafe and fully worth driving for! I live 45 minutes away and I love visiting for their gluten free pastries and amazing coffee and lattes. Definitely recommend!

Really lovely coffee shop. Serves Counter Culture. Good lattes and grab some of their homemade foccacia while you are there...I had mine with their pesto and it was amazing. Recommneded.

Where to start? Immediately walking in you’re struck by how friendly and engaging the staff are. Everything from the food to the wall decorations are locally sourced. Everything is made on-site! Stand outs to me were the vegan strawberry donut, the bombolini, and the focaccia bread. A very welcome addition to W Dundee.

I had the golden milk and honey and we also got 6 donuts. Very good! If I could give more than 4 stars I would. So glad there is a new local coffee & donut shop in the neighborhood again!!

We went to the soft opening and were very impressed by the efficiency of the staff! The food was also great! We had the foccacia bread, chocolate glazed donuts and lattes and all were wonderful. Highly recommend!

Lots of seating available. Most tables have an electrical outlet in case you want to sit in one and do some work on your laptop. Food and coffee is great, and ambiance is relaxing

I brought my niece and nephew here for a Saturday morning story time and they enjoyed themselves! I ordered the Chagaccino and hot chocolate and they were both yummy!!

Cards or applepay only, no cash. So you'll be in great shape to buy their stuff when you have that chip implanted in your forehead. Avoid.

A group of us tried Elder & Oat for the first time, yesterday. It was everything we expected and more. Everything is incredible: the food, the drinks, the service, the decor! Our group enjoyed the garlic foccacia, the olive oil foccacia and a variety of the spreads. We also tried a delicious variety of the baked goods and drinks. You can't go wrong with anything you order. If you have questions, the staff are very friendly and happy to answer anything you may wonder about. Do not bring cash! They are a card only establishment.
