Asked for a dark roast. What I got didn't seem like one. Person behind the counter described it as "bold" when she handed it to me, didn't think much of it at the time.

First time here with a friend didn't know what to get but I knew I wanted tea. GREAT FLAVORS!
The young lady who helped me had me smiling she was nice.. didn't get her name but she had a purple flower in her hair. Anyway, tea was great I had the ginger peach it was over powered with peach which I liked... And I love my tea without sugar and it was nice without sugar. My friend had the blueberry she LOVED it. I'll try it next time. I'll be back again.

This is way better than Starbucks! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I had toffee in a box latte, recommended by an employee to suit my tastes, and it was amazing. It was so fresh and flavorful! The Cafe is very clean and cute. There is a wrap around bar like a diner that was very fun to sit at and watch my drink get made. They also have a roasting device so I think they roast their own beans too. I also have severe anxiety and this place made me relax and feel safe.

Honestly one of the best local small coffee shops in the Kane County area. There is a wide variety of pour-over coffee options, but the espresso?! *chef’s kiss* It’s always decadent, and NEVER burnt (shade to Starbucks). If you are in the St. Charles area and looking for a good cup of coffee, this is the place to go; any drive you may have to make will be worth it!!!

If you’re gonna order hot food be sure to clear your schedule. It takes 20 min a sandwich.

Stick to drinks (except smoothies - they don't use real fruit). Was pretty disappointed that my $5 quiche came out and was only four bites of food. Atmosphere is great, but staff always seems chaotic and unorganized which results in slow service.

Yummy coffee and great atmosphere. Came here to study a few times. Kinda gets loud on the weekends, I'm sure those are just regulars. Still great place for coffee and to catch up on a book.

Good coffee and comfortable seating. Wifi doesn't reach the whole seating area though.
