We placed an order for delivery at my office. They had a new driver who accidently delivered to the building next door and within an hour I had a personal phone call from the owner Mark. We got our food from the other building and it was delicious as always, but the owner taking time to make a personal call to apologize shows he truly cares about his customers!

Cafe Moxo offers fresh, original food that never disappoints. We especially enjoy their specials and often mix that up with tried and true selections.
Above and beyond their outstanding food, they give generously to the community. In the worst of times, Moxo helped others and worked to maintain staff.

Very good lunch today at Cafe Moxo. I had soup and half a sandwich. The interior decorations were nice and the staff very friendly. There was a wide selection on the menu of unique items. I would definitely go there again. The restaurant is very convenient to downtown Springfield and easy to get to.

The food is can we say..... awesome. Service is over the top. Why would you go to Starbucks? Did Lincoln eat here???

I went here 2 days in a row while visiting Springfield and it was a great choice. My first day I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a latte, which were very tasty. I sat and relaxed in the cafe for a while and watched the farmers market outside. The second day I was in more of a rush and just wanted my drink; I went in to find it bustling and everyone very busy. Despite this, the person I assume to be the manager, as well as two others employees recognized me immediately and remembered my drink order without even asking. They made it as soon as they could so that I didn’t have to wind through the food line. I was really impressed. Good stuff, guys. Keep it going.

Nice cafe with good food and friendly service. Following covid guidelines with limited seating. We both had soup and sandwich and both were excellent. Can't remember name of soup but it had sausage, squash and pears and it was so good I bought a quart to go.

When attempting to pick up an order placed online, staff did not address me and helped other customers instead and then when I asked about my order since I hadn’t picked up before and wanted to make sure I was doing it right, the staff snakily told me they’d get to me and then when they did come to help me told me my ticket was “lost” and they’d have to make my food even though my ticket was sitting on the counter when I walked in. Confusing and overall bad service which is a shame because the food is typically good. Likely won’t come back for a while.

Great food, great coffee, very accommodating , family friendly, try the French toast you won't be disappointed! Coffee is excellent and so are the coffee drinks, no problem if you have kids plenty of space for strollers and kids! First time patron and was not disappointed. Had the pot pie which was excellent and the others with me got sandwiches and salads which they also enjoyed. Great lunch spot. The atmosphere is very casual, customers are served cafeteria style and the oatmeal seems to be their specialty. Very popular breakfest and lunch place, located in downtown Springfield

Sandwich tasted amazing but experience was lacking. Place was chosen because of the menu stating gluten free options. Walked in and sign states gluten free menu available but when I asked for it the guy just said all they had was gluten free bread. So it's just the basic menu with gluten free bread. You're left to guess at the ingredients in the sandwiches, wraps, salads and soups are gluten free. Ordered a soup that I thought was safe, employee informed me it did have gluten. So it was just a guessing game. Employee suggested a sandwich and salad which I thought was a combo turns out he was just suggestion paying for two full priced meals. Ended up ordering half sandwich with gluten free bread, it was literally 1/4 the size of the regular sandwich my boyfriend ordered. Great food, not gluten free friendly.
