While the service was very friendly and helpful, I was disappointed by the quality of my meal. The turkey cranberry walnut salad had a good distribution of quality ingredients. I was excited to see a gluten free mac and cheese option, but it ended up being so bland that I threw most of it away. Applauding the effort for being GF-friendly but would advise others to stick to salads when avoiding grains.

I pick up lunch here a few times a month. The menu is static but service is always top notch. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my meal, but if I am in a rush I just grab the soup. It is always warm and ready to go.
Personal favorite is the Bella wrap. Get it without cheese if you do not consume animal products. Second favorite is the Tully’s 4 cheese with tomato soup.

They changed the chicken they use without warning. Last time I got a my hot honey it was an actual chicken breast as you would expect at chick fil a or something and it was DELICIOUS. But THIS TIME it was basically a soggy frozen Tyson looking chicken patty as you would expect in the frozen isle at Walmart. And completely turned my favorite sandwich to gas station quality. Do not recommend getting anything with “crispy” chicken. It’s horrible and most importantly so not worth the price.

The Fall Over soup and Avocado toast were not just good. They were outstanding.

Store looks nice, seating is not crowded and comfortable. and staff are very friendly, greeting you when you come in and thanking you, as you leave.
I ordered Mac&Cheese and a side of BBQ Pork, then my wife ordered Turkey and Cranberry Salad. I received M&C and 1/2 bun with 2 chicken nuggets.and pickles. My wife received a Southwestern Salad, with dressing on the side.
The M&C white sauce had no cheese taste, nor salt. The salad had no bite.
Lastly, our drinks from the refrigerator were barely cool, as the unit seemed to be running without enough coolant.

As I ate my sandwich I was wondering how does this place have such great reviews and the one thing that comes to mine is the great service from these great people BUT the food was creative but not great. 3 stsrt not 5. All of the food we had was good the Shawnee sandwich, the hungry chicken sandwich (which had chicken nuggets instead of a patty) and tomato bisque was 3 star. The hot cocoa was not hot and we went back to get another and that one wasn't hot either. Weird for a "coffee shop"

A fun little surprise in Springfield, IL. We didn't expect to find a allergy friendly place in the middle of town. It was a pleasant surprise. It is mostly a sandwich shop, but it was delicious 😋

Excellent place to go for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or a snack/coffee break! Their biscuits are perfect, not at all dry like scones can be. They have a great selection of healthy meals. It is a little pricey, but the food has always been worth it, plus you're supporting local and Cafe Moxo gives back SO MUCH to the community ❤

Carb heavy menu with a creative menu, team members hustling to serve, super super friendly!
The latte was delicious and fast.
Cookie was a little overdone but super flavorful
I’d come back to hang out and I’m willing to try the menu again because the service and team were so good and friendly.
