Today was the worst experience. Had to wait over 40 mins to get served only because I had to wait for the manager to get to work even though it was already passed the opening time. Once I was helped, I wasn’t even greeted or anything, not even a simple sorry for the wait. This place doesn’t have no good customer service. One day ruined the entire experience for me.

Visit this place for the first time yesterday horrible experience for me and my daughter I mention it was my first time there in hope to get some help and/or recommendations but no the lady seem very rushed to take my order I had to get in line again after I payed to get what my daughter really wanted,she’s the reason I drove there and we had a horrible experience with customer service so never again visiting this place.

Nice place. Same taste as the original. Can't believe the charge you 25 cents for a cup. I wonder if they charge for tap water too.

Asked for some coffee and the Asian dude working the corner gave me some attitude and banged things around as he worked. Like c'mon, I'm being an inconvenience asking for a coffee at a cafe? If you dont want to be there, quit.

They do not have a no sugar option for bubble tea. Every other bubble tea place I have been to has no sugar options. I will never go here again.

I really like their bubble tea but it takes SO LONG for it to come out.

The food was really good. My friends and I loved it. We went late thought about half an hour before they closed and they kicked us out when we were eating :/
