If you like this place just stick with the Schaumburg location, the service here doesn’t compare! I was the 2nd customer upon opening and the location was filthy, windows need cleaning, sills need wiping, floors need sweeping, trash bin needs a thorough wipe down and this is the FRONT end so imagine the back. Saddens me that such a cool place & concept is not kept up. I recommend the team takes responsibility or hire new staff that cares.

Honestly….too disappointing both in taste and cost. You might as well add timing too. The girls were really nice but messed up both drinks twice. Our 2 smaller sized bubble teas were $15. I’m thinking the price was high due to constant mistakes. Today, people walked out as there were only 2 people working. I get shortages but we waited 15 min for 2 teas & they were both wrong…and we were the first in the line. Save your $…

I like the taro bubble tea but I do not think it is really made of taro. The bubble tea tasted very sweet, creamy kinda like honey, a bit nutty, and overly purple. I am a fan of ube (or purple yam) so I am familiar what it taste like. Taro on the other hand is not too sweet, starchy, and more nutty than ube. Or maybe it could really be taro added with more artificial flavors and sugar? Just my opinion though. And price went up $0.75 and additional $$$ for your choice of pearls/toppings. Service was fast during our visit with my friends so that’s a star.

The drinks and the staff are top notch!!! It was my boys' first time having bubble tea and the staff was so great explaining the different flavors and helping them choose a flavor they love. They were patient and lovely and I really appreciate their help. Highly recommend the Coffee Haus for all your bubble tea cravings!

Cute place. Relaxing. Sat & visited casually. Delicious coffee. I had iced expresso - so yummy! Had the best Palmiers (elephant ears) ever!! In front of Home Depot Randall Rd South Elgin.
