Coffee Haus

Love, love, love this place! The atmosphere is just so welcoming and friendly. The store is always clean and they are abiding by social distancing guidelines. The food/drinks taste amazing as usual!

It's nice to finally have another coffee shop in South Elgin--especially one open so late. Interior is spacious and lots of tables to study or grab caffeine or bubble tea with friends. Drinks are great, and their waffle dessert is phenomenal made fresh.

I ordered 2 scoops of cookies and cream ice cream thinking it would delicious and my new favorite spot to get ice cream. When I got back into my car I took my first bite and my mouth was dry the Oreos we’re soggy the ice cream was not even ice cream it was like frost.Let me tell you definitely not worth the 3.55 I payed. I will truly never go back.

Got a hot coco that was luke warm and not mixed well. I also asked for a cup of ice water. I was directed to a jug of water. Cups had no lids. I asked for a lid and was advised they normally charge for a cup with a lid. Explained that I was taking it to go and he gave it to me. Thankful for not being charged on that. Also used the bathroom and it smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile, not like someone had just used it. May be a water issue.

It's a very cozy place. The bubble teas are amazing. Pricing is what you'd expect from a coffee place. I wish they were open earlier and had a drive thru. Staff is always super friendly though.

Not really a coffee house. Should be renamed Bubble tea haus as coffee is an after thought here. They don't open till 11am. So there goes the morning coffee crowd. I asked for cream and was told the only creamer they had were coffemate single use cups. Parking lot is small. Inside is modern and clean. Staff was friendly.

Belgium waffles were delicious. Warm and soft. You can taste and feel the sugar crystals in the waffle which was a good yummy surprise. With a black coffee made it great.

Finally! A bubble tea and more. Same menu items as the Schaumburg location without having to drive 30 min away. Large space but seating could be a challenge More challenging is the parking (because it’s right next to Buffalo Wild Wing).

Great options and definitely a repeat.

Great frozen asian desserts: Bingsoo: it's crushed ice with milk, sugar, vanilla ice cream (I think) ,fruity pebbles , kiwi, bobba, Mango, etc. like toppings u find in a Froyo ice cream shoppe.

Staff was pushy and our boba had hair in it, and didn't taste anything like what we ordered.
