BIGGBY COFFEE

My first time at this store. I was Hoping this store had coffee I liked from the first sip, not keep drinking until I got used to it. I was not disappointed. I didn’t make it there for their first day but I did make day 2 & 3 day 4 I’ll be walking through the door again. I haven’t done drive up yet because they are so busy. The inside is busy and I walk in because I like the atmosphere. Many thanks to all of the employees and owners, you’re doing a great job!

My favorite coffee place. The coffee is way better than Starbucks and Dunkin. Their bagels are amazing too

A new since September 13th, 2022 Cafe that is on The Cutting Edge of bud revelry. Excellent food, excellent drink, excellent atmosphere. They even have what I call an introvert niche for those of us who prefer a more solitary dining experience. Consider joining this excellent feasting of I and pallet in the coming days.

Going to keep it simple. Went here 3 times and each visit it got progressively worse. If this place wants to make it they NEED to fix wait times for coffees. Waited 20 mins in line (which seems like the lower limit end compared to other reviews) and ended up just leaving out last visit because the wait was so crazy long. One visit mid October we tried ordering a few pumpkin drinks and they informed us the wouldn’t be getting any more pumpkin the rest of the season. Big bummer with a ton of time left even now for fall flavored drinks.

Won’t be returning until I see the wait times go down.

We decided to go in the shop so we could see the full menu. We were greeted right away and were offered some suggestions since it was our first time trying Biggby. Very friendly staff! We were in and out in 5 mins. We drank our coffee as we were driving and let's say we plan on coming back to try everything on the menu! Our first visit but definitely not our last.

The menu is super SMALL on the drive thru screen, and they do not have paper menus for you to take with you, So if you don't know what you want, you would have to go to the window and ask to see the menu, Hopefully they make some copies so they can give them out//and or make the drive through menu with more options(re-designing the layout)
But this is what is turning me away... The person taking my order, almost every time, questions what I am asking for.
Example: I order a salted caramel sweet foam w/cream and sugar -- lady says "you know it already has cream from the "sweet foam" (sounding super condescending)
.......IDGAF... Please, don't question what I order,
This happens almost every time I order something, please stop doing that to customers, I order what I like , and I pay for it to made how I like it,
If you think its odd, or maybe you might think I'm not aware of the ingredients already in the drink, Just keep that to yourselves.

Let me order what I like ,without the comments .

Absolutely love Biggby Coffee! The staff have been amazing since they first opened up a location here. Highly recommend getting coffee here. It's great!! Plus they have plenty of other drinks for non coffee drinkers and kids alike.

This store needs new owners. Love the ones in Michigan but this one doesn't live up to that. We'll just stick to Dunkin and Starbucks down the street.

So excited for a biggby to come to Illinois! I wish there was more! I enjoy their drinks more than other competitors coffee drinks.

There really isn't much in way if food. But the coffee is amazing. The cookie butter latte is a must try. Coffee better than that other place we all know. Wish they had more stores in area.
