BIGGBY COFFEE

I was not impressed. I expected a wait, but not an unpleasant interaction with the staff. I ordered something they do not actually make, which was based on my own misunderstanding of their specials. The cashier was nice enough about it, but the manager came over and was really rude. I ended out walking out without placing my order.

My advice: just stick with Starbucks.

Just went to Biggby for the second time this week! Was a little bit of a wait, but I did not mind. Customer service was great and the employees were working so hard! Also big shout out to the owner for talking about how hard his employees were working to the whole store, it was nice to hear them being acknowledged! Great job guys!!!

Grand Opening, that should mean they would be ready. Not so much. Drove 30 min to get there, proceeded to wait an hour in line, since they would take one order hand it out and then take another order. Then finally got to order and they're out of caramel which happens to be in almost all their drinks. Waste of time, they can't even get past the starting line. Don't waste your time coming here.

Tasty coffee. Like it better than the other big name brands. Will be back.

Excellent coffee and fairly priced compared to the competition. Today we ordered an
Iced Mocha. It was excellent just as I expected.
