I remember when Rockford Roasting Company first opened, and I was so excited to have a coffee shop named after my hometown to go to. The merch, the coffee, the establishment, all beautiful. The baristas even better. I went there this past weekend and I have to say I was disappointed. The coffee tasted burnt, it wasn't very good. And it's turned into a quiet, unobtrusive hole in the wall. The kind you might not want to visit. But don't take my word for it, try it yourself and come to your own conclusions. I hope the next time I visit it's better.

REAL MATCHA!!! (not just the sugary mix that has milk in it) Lots of vegan options!!! Great atmosphere. Totally worth the premium prices. I’m from out of the area but would love to stop by again if I’m ever back.

No personality, first time there bought 2 bags of coffee and 3 drinks. Left a generous tip. Not one good morning, hello, have a good day, or thank you. Serving portions could be larger. Neat inside.

Went here for the first time and really enjoyed the experience. I got myself a pour over, and it was a really smooth cup of coffee. There was plenty of seating, and I made sure to pick up a bag of whole beans on the way out. For sure check them out if you’re in the area.

Same as the other Main St. Location with a few exceptions which include they are open later, have more food options ( meals and ice cream), and obviously connecting to the embassy suites

I stopped in yesterday and the nicest girl helped me select the Trogon - winey bean to make a pour over coffee. To be more clear, my first pour over coffee attempt. I also purchased the Hario coffee mill for grinding. This morning I made the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had! The process is relaxing and the coffee is perfect. Anyone looking to slow down their morning routine? Stop in and get this bean! Toss the Keurig and enjoy the journey. Thanks so much! ☕️

Incredible coffee, staff, and service. Many different varieties of coffee drinks and ice cream, including vegan varieties and cones. An excellent place to go yourself, meet someone, or take your kids.

Terrible first impression. I am a first time subscription customer and no one will respond to my voice messages or email. So disappointed.

Much larger space than the other location and even meeting room available. Downtown Rockford needed this!
