Really great place to get breakfast. We stop here after our early morning hikes. Great food, friendly staff, fast service & all around good atmosphere. We only live a few towns over & have made this our routine stop Saturday mornings.

Loved this place! Stopped for a quick bite to eat after hiking Starved Rock State Park, and it was exactly what we needed. Great coffee options and the food was delicious.

Friendly crew. Neat little place. Good stop in the way back after a good hike.

Stopped in after visiting Starved Rock. Lunch was delicious! They make their bread fresh. We each had different sandwiches and the sweet potato fries. The cheese curds were an amazing appetizer and we finished it off with some fresh baked goods to go. Definitely recommend giving this place a try. I will definitely stop back next time I'm in the area

All day breakfast and lunch. It was busy when we were there and it was quick friendly service.

I have the croissant with 3 types of meats and a cappuccino hazelnut coffee and both were an excellent taste. Absolutely loved my food will definitely go back again.

Came here after a long hike and it was the perfect place to go. Super fresh food that tastes absolutely amazing! My sister got the berry salad, and she said it was the best berry salad she's ever had. The fries taste super fresh, and I would highly recommend the Caesar BLT wrap! And don't forget to check out their gorgeous desserts!

Love that they use frozen coffee for their ice cubes! Will not dilute your drink as the ice melts. Delicious drinks and food.

Heads up the kitchen closes half hour before closing time. We got there on Sunday at 2:33. They close at 3:00 but refused to serve us anything but appetizers. The woman with the bouffant hairdo was also rude. I entered, smiled and said hello and she didn’t smile back and just said “the kitchen is closed” in an unfriendly tone. Kinda blew me away that they wouldn’t slap together a couple of sandwiches just because of 3 minutes. And if that really was absolutely necessary, it could have been done with a better customer service attitude. Went down to Bruce & Ollie’s instead and had one of the best decaf americanos we’ve had in ages, plus great salad and sandwiches. With a absolutely lovely customer service and outside seating (check around the back if the front is full or you want a quieter spot). I hate leaving bad reviews, so I’m going to hop on and give those guys a good review to balance out the karma ;). But I hope this helps someone else, since it wasn’t obvious on Google that they have this whole kitchen closing half hour before they close deal.
