Absolutely the best coffee shop in town. Great place to meet up with friends and grab a drink. The staff is very nice and their baked goods are the best. Always recommending Sweetwaters Coffee to all my friends.

The Thai tea is good and the pastries are nothing special. There is a therapy dog thats always there (with his owner) and hes the cutest. For the down side, they pretty much force you to spend $7 on any drink, they won't ask you what size you want. They'll just click the most expensive option for you then before you know it. You're paying $12 for a drink and a (cold/stiff) pastry. I've had the owner or manager lady attend me multiple times and she seems annoyed or will pick a size for me. I also know they start off pay at $8 an hour for their baristas, which is crazy for naperville. Many other cafes in the area start off $15 plus tip.

Coffee and tea were great! There isn't much space though, so we will always do to go.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a variety of hot teas! Came here looking for a soothing tea to help relieve allergies, and I was very impressed by the variety. I ordered a Chamomile tea with honey, and it was very flavorful! I enjoyed every sip! And the honey was just right for what I needed, my throat felt much better afterwards. They have a ton of other teas as well if Chamomile isn't your thing, and their coffee menu looks just as promising! I also ordered a breakfast sandwich. I got a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel. Everything tasted fresh, warm and delicious!
I also really like that you can order online through their website. I was in a rush, so I placed my order from the parking garage and it was ready by the time I got to the store. Very great experience and I can't wait to come back!

Placed an order when no one was there. Rush came in later. Started prepping their food/ orders and had completely forgot about mine. Waited about 40 min for a bagel and coffee. Bagel and pastry are good though.

Great coffee, tea and pastries. Love the work space and the local art display.

First time I came it was very good. Ever since I feel like it’s just along the lines of Starbucks. I didn’t realize this was a chain as I thought it was more of a small business. The food they have is very good and they have alot to offer. Maybe too much? The place is cute but kind of cluttered with all they are trying to sell. The staff the first time was very friendly but ever since it’s like all they care about is getting you to sign up for the rewards program.

Incredible experience! My boyfriend and I were in search of tea to soothe our sore throats and this place popped up in our Google search. We had the ginger lemon and ginger raspberry teas and they were extremely delicious! I'm not usually a tea person but I'd definitely come back here for it. Any other place I've had tea always tastes like water but this tea was especially flavorful. I used to work at at a coffee shop and I must say that Sweetwaters was incredibly clean and organized. The barista was also very fast! The ambiance was not cluttered yet very inviting. I hate when coffee shops are blasting music but this was quiet and chill. I'll come back just to do school work :)

I already liked this place so much, and even more when I found out they’re dog friendly. They’ve always happily welcomed my fosters and own dog.
My go to drink is the Frappe: it has coffee and ice cream and it’s so creamy!

My family loves this cafe! The location is very convenient and the food and drink offerings perfectly complement the cozy ambience of this establishment. Highly recommend!
