Definitely my favorite coffeeshop in the Naperville area!! Delicious breakfast options, wide variety of drinks (all of them taste great), and incredible staff. Sweetwaters is my go-to for a matcha after class, and the barista staff is always so kind and diligent! Definitely recommend!

The atmosphere and attention is very good. The food options are delicious. The coffee is a bit strong for my taste.

I visited Sweetwaters today with my mom for Mother’s Day and the place had really good vibes. I got the strawberry bliss and it was very delicious. The baristas were very welcoming and efficient. I highly recommend this place.

Don't bother with the terrible long wait and mediocre coffee of Starbucks. Come here instead. I had the cold brew (straight up, anything is silly) this time and it was great. The service was much quicker and there was no line. Inside was bright and refreshing compared to the dark and dreary Starbucks "reserve". This was a much better pick and a quick walk from Starbucks.

I enjoy coming here to grab a quick breakfast or relax. I enjoy the imperial milk tea best, and my favorite foods include their lemon bars, hot sandwiches, and their crossaints. The atmosphere is nice - plenty of comfy chairs to sit in, and there are outlets at nearly every table so one can work on business or other things. It's a lovely place to hang out and relax.

Drinks and pastries are good, I just wish that the cleaning process didn't have to take place when customers are still there! The staff continuously dragging chairs for 30 minutes was extremely annoying. I also felt like I was being told to leave when they were sweeping the floors everywhere. I wish I could enjoy my time until the official close time.

My spouse Rachna and I are in almost every weekend. We've known the owners since they opened - wonderful couple. Coffee is always hot and perfect. French Vietnamese is a favorite. Food is prepared offsite in batch (hard to find anyplace with such an assortment that bakes it fresh in-house) but it is really good. Recently they installed a public printer and for a small fee you can print right from your phone or PC. The printing is faster, easier and cheaper than Fedex! Considering just how easy and cheap it is to print I am strongly considering tossing my home printer permanently and just coming into Sweetwaters. Really.

We stopped in a few months ago and loved it. We come back every week. Its great to see a family owned business amongst all the national franchises. Komal (sp?) is a great lady and the face of the business. Try the dirty chai, its fantastic, the dragon eye is a close runner up :)
Their shop is exceptionally clean, well lit, and well run. Stop in for a cup so you can see for yourself.

Very nice staff, a regular stop after our Friday morning workouts. Great coffee! Pistachio muffins and sandwiches are great, as well.

I tried their Chai latte which was way too sweet, I told the barista but, they couldn’t do anything other than offer some cinnamon on my chai to neutralize the sweetness. I ended up getting a cappuccino which was better. My husband got dragon eye which was just okay. Overall my experience was not so great, the ambiance inside the coffee shop was nice.
