Brewed Awakenings

This is my new favorite spot. It looks like a hipster joint, but it's not. The owner is a nice lady, the place is clean, and everything is fresh.

Nice people. I heard the barista just say, if you don't like it, we remake it.
Tables with outlets to plug in your laptop and free wi-fi. Prices are less than Starbucks! So many varieties of coffee!

Very nice shop and very clean with a friendly staff, but the coffee was just horrible. Had an iced latte and a nitro cold brew that both tasted heavily of chemicals. Didn't order any syrup or sweeteners in either, so cheap flavoring isn't the issue. Neither tasted like coffee. I'm a coffee fanatic... Grind and brew in all forms from drip to pour over to cold brew to aero press to you name it. I love coffee in all it's forms, so when I say this is the worst cup of coffee I've had in long time, I mean it. I've had better cups of coffee from a gas station. Threw both drinks out almost immediately and went looking elsewhere.

Amazing coffee. Can't get anything better! Great staff. Order always correct. Even our out of town and out state guests go here for coffee. It is hands down the best!

Long time favorite of mine and for a long time was the only coffeehouse in Morris. Better coffee than the big guys and wholly owned and operated by local residents. There’s no reason to go anywhere else!

Coffee is a special roaster from Oregon where they make the best coffee. The owner trains his workers to know the exact science of coffee. Walter White style. Better than Intelligentsia or Metropolitan coffee beans in the city of Chicago.

So so good. I love this little place, great coffee and excellent staff. Everyone I've had the pleasure of dealing with has been nothing but courteous & friendly!

Worth a try.....I'm very spoiled by the staff and GREAT coffee! Consistently the best around. Locally owned and better than DD, Starbucks, Peets or any of the rest. I've learned more about coffee and all of the related processes than I ever though I would care about. Top notch and simply the best!

I highly recommend this place! My boyfriend and I drive 25 minutes every sunday for this coffee shop. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and have enjoyed everything, from the muffins to the smoothies.
