I work for a store that supplies to this coffee shop, and the gentleman who showed up to receive the order was so very kind and helpful. I hope he comes back again for this order.

Great coffee shop close by! Friendly staff in a great downtown district. I had the Honey Latte and Lemon Blueberry muffins today and they were both fantastic.

Beautiful storefront in a historic building in downtown Lake Bluff, and I'm so excited it has been filled by Hansa Coffee, whose original shop in Libertyville has become a community hub and source of top quality coffee, both for traditional barista drinks as well as beans for home coffeemakers. The owners are passionate about the sourcing and roasting of their beans, their baristas are friendly and helpful, and the seating is ample and inviting. With the connected walkway to the adjacent Wisma store, I fully expect Hansa Lake Bluff to soon become a staple of the downtown Lake Bluff community!

First time in. The kids behind the counter were very gracious & engaged. I was excited to see there were GF muffins, my triple breve was perfect, the birthday boy even put lil heart in my foam. I will definitely be back.

The best coffee in Libertyville or within a 50 mile radius of downtown, even illy at NBC Tower cannot come close to Hansa - now in Lake Bluff on the way to the beach, love the service too, super friendly staff, it is superior and they know their clientele - lovely, just lovely and well needed.

I'm not too into coffee but omg the coffee here is Delicious. Tons of vegan & gluten free choices & the ambiance is super chill & perfect for me to do my studies. Love this place

I used to look forward to riding up to Hansa from Evanston on the weekends. They’ve decided not to buy oat milk anymore and instead make their own. It is terrible. It doesn’t foam at all, and tastes bitter. A cappuccino is basically an americano. When I asked why, they said to save money. I’d happily pay the extra cost for an oat milk cappuccino but as a result of them trying to save a few pennies, my crew of ~15 cyclists who used to visit 2-3x a month will go to one of the many other coffee shops that carry good foaming oat milk. Just bring the real oat milk back please!

I'm so excited to have another place to go for great coffee. It's easier to get from my office than their Libertyville location. Being Swedish, I'm picky with coffee and Hansa makes the best!

A bit pricey but always delicious and super friendly staff every time I've gone in

Hansa offers truly the best coffee in the area and this cafe is in a terrific location in downtown Lake Bluff. This new location builds on Hansa's great success in Libertyville.
