Perfect cafe to go to with friends! Food is delicious. We got the Spanish omelette and the breakfast sandwich. Both were delicious. Their coffee and juice were also great. Service is fast and the atmosphere itself is a great setting to spend a Sunday afternoon at. Really enjoyed it here. Will be coming back!

Cupitol coffee and eatery is a lovely local hangout! If you have any love for pistachios like I do then you MUST indulge in a pistachio croissant. Be prepared for a decadent filling that melts in your mouth and overall crispy flaky perfection. We also enjoyed yummy and pretty looking lattes. If you're in the area be sure to check out this wonderful gem!!

Sweet potato bowl - 4/5

The rice bowl was nice and fresh-tasting. But the flavor was kind of bland. Had to add quite a bit of pepper and hot sauce to get it to the flavor level I wanted. Could have also used more sweet potatoes. Still, I enjoyed it, and it made for a great warm option for breakfast.

The croissants were perfection. Just the right amount of crispness and glaze. Highly recommend getting one if you have a sweet tooth!

Cute cafe for Brunch! Lovely atmosphere. You pick up your food from the counter when your table number is called. I had the Spanish omelette and matcha latte. Tasty and filling, but a little under seasoned. Beautiful pastry displays - will definitely have to try some of them next time!

One of my favorite coffee shops in the North Shore. Their coffee is excellent (and the artwork on the latte is exquisite :) ), and the almond pistachio croissant is to die for. I love the cozy setting and the hip decor as well. Perfect spot for Saturday coffee and paper combo.

I love this place you can come read a book relax and also have a delicious meal. The atmosphere is great it is always full .The service is great the food delicious and it's serve really quickly. I highly recommend the French toast.

It is a nice hang-out place in Evanston city, spacious with a nice ambiance. They have good diet options to choose from. I tried Yum Berry and Pesto Wrap during my today's visit, and I liked it.

My chicken BLTA tasted fresh (I could tell the ingredients were quality). But it was a little on the bland side so I’d recommend using some seasoning or a sauce if you order this. Other than that, a nice experience at Cupitol. They have a small patio space out in front and lots of open seating inside (gorgeous decor!)

Good selection of beverages, did not try the food and the place seems to be a bit chaotic. With a lot of empty(reserved?) tables there was a line of people waiting for ..their reserved table🤔

Had the Shrimp Shell Pasta in alfredo with spinach. Was good. Adding a bread or a croissant on the side would be nice. And maybe some extra sauce on the side. It felt a bit dry halfway through.
The ambience is great. Overall staff was friendly.
