Coffee Lab Evanston - The Study Spot, Filipino Ice Creams, Croissants, & Asian Breads

A really nice coffee place with good snack options, books, and also a few board games. It's usually crowded in the afternoons but early mornings tend to be less crowded. Since it's closer to Noyes cta, it makes it more convenient place if you want to while away your time waiting for transit.

Coffee Lab is frickin awesome! Their matcha is $5.90!!! That’s so so affordable! I don’t know about you, but low reasonable prices keep me coming back.
Located right off the Noyes purple line stop, Coffee Lab is very convenient if you’re out and about in the Evanston area. It’s a great place to go and get some work done or just enjoy a drink. By the way, if you’re not satisfied with your drink, they happily remake it for you. The seating here is great as well. They’ve got high tops that face the windows for a scenic view of the street and low tops in corners if you want a quiet corner to work. Can’t stop raving about this place. Most outlets are not working and inside smells very bad 😭😭 and they use this kind of cups you can buy at Walmart. Pls search for more modern coffee shops.

Really liked this coffee shop. Too bad I'm not close by here because I would go here constantly. It's that good. I got the Ube latte and bibingka for over $7. Ube latte is a must if you go here. It's too good. Also they sell Ube butter for $5 and is wonderful to have. Service here is nice and an ample amount of room to do some studying.

Great espressos. Well-lit good vibes. They should open on Sundays!! Edit: they now open on Sundays and espresso drinks still exceptional

It is a small but comfortable space. There are several brochures here. A magazine called Scan is very interesting. I enjoy reading it very much.

Ube latte! Amaretto is my favorite latte flavor and this Ube latte reminds me of that. It’s a little different but has that sweet warm nutty flavor that’s so delightful and has become another favorite.

I love Coffee Lab. The employees are always very friendly. The seasonal drinks are unique but usually very good. In terms of food items, I've only tried the pork bun, but I really enjoyed the taste and texture. The quality of products is consistent and its proximity to the Noyes station and Northwestern University makes it a frequent stop for me.

This place is incredible. The service, quality, selection, and bakery items are all phenomenal. I get on and off the train just to visit. You won’t be disappointed. Try the Ube Latte and the Lemon Cookies!
