Beautiful establishment! I stopped in for a mid day pick me up and I was blown away by the cleanliness, customer service, and quality of the product I got, which was just an iced latte was phenomenal. Price point was comparable to your Starbucks/bread co. And as for the quality I’d personally say better, the taste was amazing, it was so smooth and flavorful. It will definitely be must stop location when I’m in Columbia, IL. I also look forward to going back and trying their food, it looks amazing as well and if the food is anything like the latte then I’m confident it’ll be amazing as well. What an awesome product and beautiful/extremely clean establishment!! Highly recommended to any avid coffee drinker!

First time. Now to be fair, I ate breakfast at noon.
I got Schuberts special, Egg scrambled. Perhaps I didn't read the menu, but everything was chopped in tiny, tiny pieces, except the egg. It was all cooked kinda crispy. Way to crispy. I wanted to enjoy Schuberts meat.
Got an extra Pancake. The pancake and syrup were nothing special. I believe just a box mix pancake and bottle syrup.
My surprise was the coffee. I had high hopes for a great coffee. Not a nice coffee aroma. It was rather bitter and weak, simultaneously.
Food was $$$.
Place was full, all tables.
Would I return.
Truthfully, I don't know.

1) the quality/lackof great coffee!!

3) coffee house, should be quality coffee #1.

The drinks are excellent and the store isb beautiful inside and out. Food is ight, just not really my thing but I can't hold that against em because the service is great.

I usually only get an Americano with caramel syrup, which is delicious, but today I stopped earlier so I got a veggie avocado today but subbed a fried egg. Perfection!

Visited in May 2021. While struggling to find a place to eat with healthy food amidst a sea of MX food places, bars & Grills, we luckily found this spot.

Delicious breakfast designed the way you like it. Fresh delicious muffins, lattes, etc. Staff are friendly, fast & efficient & atmosphere pleasant with music, socially distanced & comfortable seating. Small patio outside also when weather is great, which it was while we were visiting. Would love to own a franchise of this in AZ!

Great little coffee shop. Custom brews. Fresh food. Can’t ask for much more. Who needs starbucks?

Over-priced and poorly staffed. Even a basic breakfast item takes 30 minutes during non-peak hours. Employees that do work are blasé about your order and with the inflated margins on everything from the under-roasted coffee beans to the typical American breakfast, it's more than one can handle for the price to eat there. How this establishment had 4.5 stars is another mystery altogether. I've tried it a few times hoping each time that the last was just an off day but I am regularly disappointed. Save your money and go to Starbucks (or anywhere else for that matter). At least when you over pay there the coffee is decent.
And I have spoken to the "manager" but still understaffed. Regarding under-roasted beans, it means your coffee is light in appearance and flavor. Drinking it black may be one's only hope. It fits into my budget just fine, however, it's a value thing. Regarding your prices, as mentioned by others who left a rating, I can get my food faster (and hotter), for the same $$ or less. I'm sorry you take offense to honest review but you would be better served to take action and improve your business than debate your shortfalls with your customers. Maybe that's why complaining to a manager wasn't enough to spark an improvement. If my review wasn't valid, I would be the only one including these criticisms but even in the other reviews, these same points are mentioned. Intelligence or not, I am stating what others around me have complained about but haven't taken the time to write. Lastly, if one poor review "harms"your business, you may consider taking corrective action rather than time spent replying to paying customers who disagree with you. It's poor form on your behalf to insult a customer who is sharing a very honest opinion.

Coffee was spot on, really good! Food was good, too, but the wait was awful! Over 30 min. Unacceptable for breakfast sandwiches and a bowl of oatmeal. And it's definitely pricy, over $60 for a party of 4. For the coffee, we'd go back but if you're in a hurry or want to do anything else that day, this may not be the best option.
