The coffee here is very good. The eggs and veggie on English muffin was tasty and filling but I would prefer different kind of cheese.
There’s a very cute seating outside.
The parking is not too bad in this area.

I tried Coffee Joint for the first time and I loved it! I ordered the “all veggie” sandwich and it was delicious, veggies were fresh, bread was very tasty! (They have other sandwich options and kid menu).
You gotta try their “marshmallow” latte (I ordered mine with oat milk) it’s incredible, perfect amount of sweetness. You can sit and enjoy your food and/or drink. Can’t wait to go back!

It’s a trek to make it to Irving Park Road but the Marshmallow Latte at Coffee Joint is worth it. Pair it with one of their good toasty almond croissants. The menu has really good selections. It’s also a nice spot to get some studying or work done.

You have to have Marshmallow Latte Hot. So delicious. My Cousin treated me to coffee, so we tried out Coffee Joint. The space is a bit small really no room to sit and chat. But if you have work to get done. Or homework. I recommend.
I had a bacon egg muffin. It was tasty.

Very cozy little neighborhood cafe. Had a breakfast of champions along with FRESH squeezed orange juice and hot coffee. will be back for some bigger lunch sandwich.

The coffee and espresso drinks are great. The food can be delicious depending on who is working- most times I avoid getting food if the barista(s) seems miserable - which is often. You can get food like the other reviews, or you can get a English muffin with two pieces of spinach and a single, uneven chunk of tomato for $6

After reading all the positive reviews, I was excited to try it out myself. I was very pleasantly surprised from the second I walked in. The coffee joint cafe atmosphere was very welcoming, their walls are hand painted with such a detail. I could see an owner has invested their time in design.
When I ordered my cappuccino, I was asked how I want it, choice of milk. Attention to detail! I was very hungry and I decided to go mozzarella and basil sandwich. The bread was scrip and very fresh.
You can’t go wrong with this place. I travel from far away to enjoy this experience and their delicious food and vibe.
Strongly recommend!

We came for a coffee, 1st time trying this shop and here what I found:
The place has simple but nice decoration, spacious, quiet, wifi is available, good location. Yet, when we came there was a long line as only one guy is serving in the hole place, he is the cashier and the barista, although he was doing a great job, I mean really a great job as no one complained or waited for too long, he has an excellent multi tasking and time management experience, but still it doesn’t seem right in such a place, maybe it’s not always like that but am just relaying what I experienced. At 1:30 pm there were limited choices of air exposed pastries, black coffee is served from a large thermos, there are liquid jugs which I think it’s flavored syrups, coffee menu on the wall is not really visible for someone standing in cashier queue so it took me a while to understand the colored hand writing on the black board, maybe it’s just me :-) and didn’t see any food menu and didn’t ask.
Standard seating nothing fancy, cleanliness could be improved, coffee is

Coffee Joint is walking distance from my boyfriend's place & we frequently find ourselves here for coffee & eats.
The bonus is:
We love their atmosphere & the brick wall art.
