The coffees here are incredible. I love the rewards program I feel like I get a free coffee almost every month (as far as I've seen when you earn a free drink you can choose from literally any drink on the menu, any size and usually even get an extra shot of espresso). The service is always very friendly and they even will give you pup cups of the fur babies. Other than not having a cinnamon latte I like everything else I've tried here better than Starbucks. But the Carmelicious is so delicious it makes up for the lack of cinnamon options. So if you're in the area go ahead and "Scoot around" and give them a shot :) oh and I'd be doing all y'all a disservice if I don't recommend the cake bites! I treated myself to one of each flavor (birthday cake and red velvet) for my birthday and OH MY GOSH they are good. My husband had never had a cake bite before he is now obsessed and begs for them weekly.

I've been a couple times now and everything has been perfect, I absolutely love this place and will be back regularly. The Bacon Ciabatta and Everything Bagel sandwiches are so good (better than the big name competitor) and I love the iced Caramelicious. Can't believe how fast the drive through is; staff is so friendly and always accurate. I am so happy you're here in Bethalto!

I know it isn't local, but it is exactly what Bethalto needed. Damn good coffee and lightening quick service. I am so thankful we got a Scooters instead of one of the other national chains... seems smaller and the employees are all local folks, which makes this feel like a local coffee shop. There are other options in Alton, but for Bethalto, this is definitely our go-to place!

Insanely efficient time in the drive through and service is always friendly and never had an issue with any orders. All around great coffee stop!

I actually never leave reviews but this one kind of irritated me, i handed the girl a twenty and my total was 13.38 and I was sitting in thr backseat with my baby sister watching her and I told my mom to tell thr batista to keep $3 for a tip and my mom CLEARLY asked her to split the 5 and she takes the entire 5 dollar bill? So I would get 3 back and they would get a 3 dollar tip. I'm disappointed because neither did she scan my mom's phone for the points I assume ? Usually I wouldn't have minded but clearly so was she to get us out of the line and took quite literally the rest of the twenty only giving me a dollar back:/

Went yesterday and was ignored by the two girls working. Honked at the window while they turned their backs laughing at my aunt. Called the manager this morning and her answer was they were her kids and their brains are not fully developed yet. Well maybe don't let them work with the public if their brains haven't figured out how to not be rude!

Good new little coffee spot! Coffee itself is good quality and lattes always come mixed perfectly. Staff is friendly overall, but my only complaint is that everytime I go I'm upsold too much. I get that it's an important part of restaurant service, but when I go order my coffee I'm still asked multiple times about adding extra espresso shots, adding on food items, or even adding on additional coffees even though I already made it clear that I just want my one drink and nothing else. Being pressured to spend more money doesn't leave the greatest impression

Over the past 2 years I've had a lot of what Scooters offers, and I have some advice on what to avoid. Don't bother with the iced tea, it's a dark harsh brew with a very coffee-like flavor (funny enough if you get an iced Americano you'll swear it was iced tea). Absolutely avoid the breakfast burritos, unless you're craving a Dollar Tree microwave burrito and want to pay way more for it. The bagel sandwich looks so delicious on the menu but it's about half the size of a regular bagel and comes out hot and wet because I assume all the food goes into some kind of microwave.

Stick with the basics. Brewed coffee and espresso drinks, chocolate chip cookies, and actually the waffle sandwich is pretty good.

I live across the street which is both bad and good. I want to go every morning as soon as I open my eyes. Always getting free drinks! Make sure to download the app!
