Gloria Jean's Coffees Fox Valley Mall

I hate coffee! The only reason I went in was because there was a cute barista, her name was Jazlin and she was super nice! Will be going in a lot more often...

This shop has gone downhill since it changed ownership. The staff is young and have NO customer service! I have been turned away several times due to their gift card machine isn't working and their recipes have changed. Definitely not as good. They need a serious upgrade in workers.

Absolutely loved! A worker named Alex absolutely nice! Coffee are awesome! Definitely recommend going there. Also another worker named estela great worker!

I love Gloria Jean's coffee. I used to get it all the time when I worked at Champs Sports. It has changed a lot in the past 4 years. But it only gets better and better.

I am a coffee drinker. Ordered a larger non-flavored black coffee. Coffee was pretty bitter and ended up having a lot of coffee grounds in the bottom. How do you get coffee grounds from automatic drip? Maybe they should get a few people there that drink coffee instead of the children they had behind the counter.

Whenever we went to the Mall I had liked a good coffee chiller from Gloria Jeans but on this occasion the service was not very good, They took a long time to prepare our drinks and people were upset by waiting so long.

I love it everyone's nice and the coffee is AMAZING and CHEAP!!!! very very cheap. You can also ask for things that arent on the menu and they can still make it perfectly
