4 Roots Juice Bar & Gluten Free Cafe

Wow. Great prices, portions, varieties and the staff are all friendly. We are just visiting for a long weekend from Boise and we’re super jealous Twin has a wonderful place like this. Open up another location in Boise!!!

Seriously just eat here! It was fresh and delicious. This place was nothing short of amazing! Traveling is always hard but when you have food sensitivities it's even more complicated. It's always a risk eating out and food never tastes as good as homemade. We were on the last day of a week long camping trip in Idaho and down to the dregs of our packed food. We were exhausted and needed something healthy and gluten free. We had salmon tacos and the beet hummus vegi wrap. Delicious! We got a zucchini brownie and protein bar for the road. I had no reactions to the food. This seriously tasted like something I would have made at home. We highly recommend!

Super yummy healthy food. With lots of options and creative recipes...BUT I was pretty bummed last time I went. The portion sizes for the bowls are much much smaller but the price is the same. Prior to the change sometimes I’d have a hard time finishing the bowl and now I feel like it’s a snack instead of a meal. I still love it but I probably won’t eat it as much now because of the price.

Being a celiac, I was delighted to find this place in my travels. Menu choices were varied and food quality outstanding. The staff friendly, knowledgeable and quite accommodating. Will return whenever in the area!

Love this place, service is never mind the food… BUT the influx of Cali refugees make eating in unbearable. Ordering off the menu , special orders I really feel bad for the staff .

Stop here for an amazing and delicious gluten free meal! There is also an AIP menu! We all have gluten issues and I am on a Low FODMAP diet. I was brought to tears to find this gem! If passing through Twin Falls, you need to try their dishes. They have wraps, yes wraps! There is something for everyone here from pizza to smoothies!

I’m from out of town and so glad I found this place. I was looking for a healthy breakfast place and this spot was it! It had so many options for breakfast and lunch. Will definitely come back when I am back in Twin. The oatmeal was amazing with the cinnamon chai topping and my husband also enjoyed his açaí bowl and green juice. We grabbed a protein bar and yogurt for the road. This place was a win for us.

This is my favorite restaurant in Twin Falls. They have been revamping the menu over the past several months, which gives the customer an array of options from coffees, smoothies, breakfast and lunch items. You can choose to eat there or call in an order and take it to go. The only 100% dedicated Gluten free kitchen in Twin.

I can't say enough about this place. Great environment, and the Ladies working there are providing great service. They want to give you the best customer service and food possible.
