Where you go to beef up your immunity & raise your spirits. Includes real smoothies, juices, keto fat bombs & loaded toasts, like The Lox. I like the Tropical Twist (🍊, 🍍🍌🥕). Takes awhile, but they make everything fresh to order.

I LOVE 4 Roots!!!! So thankful for such an awesome, healthy, freshly-prepared cafe in Twin Falls!!! Everything on the menu is gluten free, with lots of vegetarian, vegan options. And… it tastes GREAT!!!! My favorites are their Jack-Fruit nachos & Avocado Chicken salad… but their made to order Nourish Bowls are also on constant rotation!

This place is amazing! We go every time we are in Twin Falls and it never disappoints. We are on the road a lot (climbing + working), and it can be hard to find healthy food while traveling. 4 roots has a great selection of fresh and delicious meals, juices, and smoothies. The breakfast all day is a bonus, and the staff are really friendly and welcoming. Its a little pricey, but you are definitely getting great quality food. Highly recommend!

We are so excited to have found this cafe! The smoothies and acai bowls are so refreshing and most of their pastries and bars are vegan. Lots of plant based milk options including Oatmilk, almond, coconut, chocolate hemp! Staff is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about vegan!

UPDATE! July 2021

Came again twice the last two days while in town. Brought 4 kids, two needed gluten free options and they all loved what they got. I seriously have to find out where I can get jackfruit local to me. It is so delicious!!

Twin falls really needed a place like this.

Lunch menu is full of healthy options and their açaí bowls are so yummy!!

I’d highly recommend 4 Roots if you have special diet restrictions or if you want a good healthy meal.

If you haven’t been you should definitely give them a try.

Meh...food is relatively tasty, but the portions are really small for the price and they charge you a surcharge to use your credit card without even telling you first. We spent over $50 for a drink, two small tacos, and a bowl, with tip, so seen that extra she was a bit insulting.

If you're going to charge a fee for cards, tell your customers first so that they can decide whether they want to use their card or pay with cash . And honestly, If you're doing business, you should expect people to use credit cards and factor that into the cost accounting. Especially if you're charging $16 for a small bowl of rice and vegetables in a small Idaho town.

The menu is not extensive, but what they do, they do well. Excellent customer service, clean restroom, delicious fresh juice. I'll definitely come back the next time I'm visiting Twin Falls.

Ridiculous prices for basic smoothies. Read the ingredients there is nothing special but man they are charging some ridiculous prices. There not very good either. There are a ton of places to go for a smoothie in twin and this one is not it unless u just hate having money an are looking for a way to throw it away

This is my favorite place to eat. I love their organic vegetables and their juices and staff is always so nice and friendly ❤️ they are such a blessing to me.
