Great service and great coffee

I stopped going here because of the customer service was awful. I recently decided to give it another shot and WOW. Customer service was so great along with the drinks and bagels I ordered.

ANY and EVERY time I go there the staff are always amazing. All their drinks are great!! GREAT customer service!! I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good drink on the go!!

The drinks are really good, good flavor selection. But every single time we go to the pocatello store, wet an iced drink and ask for whipped cream and they dont put it on. Every. Single. Time. We shouldn't have to ask. Treating myself to a 5 dollar drink should include everything ordered, without having to ask for it to be fixed as the drink is being handed to me ( we wont do it). It sounds minor, but after the 5th or 6th time we simply chose to go where you get what you order without having to accept less than, or ask again. (do have to admit, the blackfoot location does better)

The snickerdoodle cookies are great, and I tried an iced tea which was yummy. The chai Java was okay, not bad. The price is decent!

My mom went here and loved it. They also have tiny to go cups for hot chocolate. Perfect for kids. The people are so friendly too! Definitely a good little place to stop.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Bunch of teenagers inside therefore couldn't actually order anything. Lost customers will not go back and do not recommend to anyone.

ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The rudest people work there! I have never been to a coffee shop and got treated so poorly by employees. Awful awful awful!!! Never again will I go to that location.

I absolutely LOVE Java Express and have never NOT liked anything I’ve ordered. My husband and I frequent there often (few times a week) and anytime we have company come to town and we are out and about, we go there. Even my teenage kids go there a lot. The drinks are great, the prices aren’t too bad, and usually the service is great! My ONLY complaint is about the male barista that works there. He is never happy, opens the window and just stares at you until you say something, not even a smile from him. Today, he went to hand me my card and just said “here” almost as if he was irritated that I didn’t notice right away that he opened the window to give back my card. This is how he is every time he is working and I go there! It’s not just an isolated incident. Every other barista I’ve encountered in the last 2 years (when we moved to Pocatello) has been SO friendly! It’s just this guy. I’m to the point that if I pull up and he is at the window, I will just drive away. I am still giving 5 stars because like I previously stated, I love Java, and don’t want to ruin their reputation cause of the one bad egg. But please, talk to this kid and teach him about friendly customer service. FYI: This review is for the Pocatello location only.

Some superheroes don’t wear capes. These ladies have saved society on numerous occasions with their basic white girl coffee drinks and smoothies specifically designed to hit my every weakness. Their magical elixirs transform me from untamed beast to Prince Charming. Some days that requires multiple interventions. Most importantly, they put up with my shenanigans and sometimes I am able to get them to participate as well. They are fun, friendly, and the drinks in my opinion are the best in town.
