I’m so disappointed in this location. I come down often to visit family and stop by all the time. The workers are so mean and
Unapproachable. I have been overcharged and messed up drinks. No one try’s to fix it or make it right. They say their manager won’t let them fix it? I paid for it so why not fix it. Sooooo frustrating to spend money and be treated like that. Do better

This place used to make the worst coffee, BUT the last year or two they make better coffee.

I am editing this review because a BIG complaint I have is that sometimes when I ask for white chocolate they make....just chocolate instead, which isn't good and if I'm in a hurry I can't wait for them to remake it. The chocolate mocha is not good and I don't get it for a reason. Yet 80% of the time when I specifically say white chocolate more than once they STILL hand me a mocha lol. Why😆 please listen when you're taking an order, I always tip well too. Its very frustrating and I've never had this happen so frequently at any coffee shop.

Coffees and smoothies are always on point. These girls are so great at what they do and I absolutely LOVE the manager Hope. She is an absolute doll and cares about what she does. Don't forget to tip!

I love this place & all the employees! They are fun, great at their jobs and friendly. Hope especially is an amazing barista! Plus they have rewards program! We all know rewards is where it’s at!

I go here everyday and get a chai latte it’s delicious! Girls are way fast to get it to me and very nice! Best part of my day!

My sister took me there for cofee. I had the white cloud with white coffee and it was delicious!! The barrista was very friendly. The coffee was at just the right temperature so I could drink it right away!

It's super hit and miss. Depending on who cares about their job that day. Just got a Chai and it's literally a burnt shot of expresso with 0 flavor of Chai. Disappointing. They need some better baristas.

The ladies there are So So Sweet and have amazing memories !! They always remember what I have !! Very professional always greet you with a smile!!

Absolutely terrible service today. We have had consistent issues with one of the barristas every time she works, long blond hair and glasses. We ordered a london fog tea and a kids peach smoothie, she proceeded to tell us they dont have kids smoothies at all, we ordered them just fine at plenty of other locations and times. We proceed to communicate to just do a 16 oz one. After waiting 10 minutes, she comes back to ask us the tea we wanted as they were out of the tea typically used on our order. By the end of it, they forget the smoothie and when prompted about it, she says we never ordered it as i said we should have paid for it. She became rude and snarky in her response. We decided to just take our daughter to mcdonalds for one instead. And in the full 20minutes we waited got luke warm watered down milk rather than a decent hot beverage. Couldnt be more dissappointed. Get rid of, and find better staff or this business is going to suffer.
