I’ve been going here everyday for about a year and a half, and just recently they started messing up my coffee. I get the same thing everyday, 24oz iced snickers with whip and drizzle, they made it out to be that I was ordering it wrong and I should ask for this and ask for that, I get the snickers because it’s easy and was always made the way I liked it and now it’s somehow my fault it’s not made properly? I’ve never had problems with my drink until just recently. I’m lactose intolerant and the snickers never made me sick that’s why I get it everyday, it’s a 5$ coffee, if I’m paying that much for a coffee plus a 2$ tip everyday I want it how I’ve always had it. Either they changed the recipe or they don’t know how to make it, either way I’ve come back enough times asking them to remake it, even as far as offering to pay for a new one, that clearly half the bottle of cream shouldn’t be in that drink.

The coffee was delicious but the customer service terrible. The girl looked like she hated being there and was not smiling or anything. I didn't til because of the service. I love the coffee but I think I will start going back to Starbucks because the workers are more up beat and smiling.

Stopped by for the first time the other day and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of my drink. They have a great vibe when you drive up to the window and work quick to get your delicious drink right out to you. I ordered a white carmellow and it was delicious! Definitely keep this place in mind if you want high-quality cafe drinks.

My recent order was supposed to be a toasted bagel and hot coffee. The bagel was not toasted in the slightest and the coffee tastes like it was made 3 days ago and was barely on the warm side. This isn't my first bad experience here but it is by far my worst experience of any coffee shop in town. A bit of quality control by the supervisor on shift might go a long way. Teaching the staff on hand how to toast a bagel and make how to make a hot coffee that doesn't taste like it was made days ago might also go a ways.

The drinks here are probably my favorite in town but the customer service makes me want to never return almost half the time. I probably have a good experience 1 out of every 4 times I’m here. Some of the girls are so nice and then I’ll get someone who seems annoyed that I’m even bothering them. I worked in a coffee shop for 3 years I don’t understand what is so hard about having a decent attitude to people that want to support your business.

Morning staff is always on point with my drink ! I always get a coffee to go before 8:30 a.m work , usually Mon-Friday .There is always a long line but its so worth the wait .Staff is friendly, accurate and fast . Never gotten my order wrong and taste is good. I have tried to order the same thing on Sundays at times ..afternoon wise around 7 p.m and that staff has always left something out. Drink doesnt taste good. Great job to the morning staff on my work coffee runs, they are amazing with customer service ! Don't forget to tip!

Normally I go to Starbucks just cause I know it well. I do love a good local coffee shop & now I'm a die hard Java customer! The infused teas are delicious & baristas are so chill.

Absolute WORST customer service. I am obsessed with the coffee here. I go to Java in Blackfoot and Idaho Falls and never have an issue. The employees at this location are the worst and nothing ever seems to be done about it. I see constant reviews complaining about how awful they treat people and yet every time I go there I always have some sort of issue. Today I tried to explain to the employee that my drink was wrong, she was very rude and annoyed and argued about what my drink was. I finally told her it was fine I wasn't going to argue with her and that I would just take it and she slammed the window in my face. I will never come back. I hope the owner steps up and actually hires people who are good at working customer service.
