HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a large iced drink, they gave me hot and then argued that I could only get a medium in the iced drink. Funny, since it was their error. I asked to speak to the manager and she claimed she was and then proceeded to argue and be extremely rude. I will be calling the owner on Monday and I will never step foot back in beans and brews.

They close their machines just so they dont have to clean them again, and not make the coffee you ask for. What is a coffee shop for if you cant get what you want. I tip, and I'm nice but I'm sick of this constant I don't want to. I hope the manager or owner looks at these reviews and makes some changes.

Coffee is delicious, atmosphere is great, pet friendly, great service! Stopped on our way out of town to get a good cup of Joe 🍵 since the hotel coffee was burnt and nasty. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend to those staying in the area hotels who want real coffee.

Very disappointment by the lack of organization and customer service skills. None of the baristas knew what they were doing and constantly were asking “Wait, who is working on ____” or saying things like “Oh you made that drink? I just made that drink” there was four people in the lobby and one car in the drive thru and they were constantly mixing up the orders or missing part of the orders all together. With four baristas it was a joke how slow service was. We had two of the same drink in our order, one barista made the first drink and called it out for us to pick up. The other barista thought the order was complete and stopped making the other drink halfway through and just set it on the counter. When we went up five minutes later she grabbed the same half done drink and finished making it rather than starting fresh.

The drive-thru wait was much longer than it should have been and they got an easy order wrong. (Hot instead of iced, and placed almond milk in the wrong drink.) To their credit, they did remake it quickly. I like supporting local businesses when I travel, but based on this experience, I would recommend you pass and find a Starbucks.

My husband and I went out of our way to try this place and will never go back. Both the website and the sticker on their window said they open at 7am. No one answered at the order box, so we pulled up to the window, where we were seen but ignored for 6 mins. When the girl finally acknowledged us, she opened the window said they weren’t opened yet and that they keep forgetting to change the signs, and then shut the window in our face. Very unprofessional.

Love the coffee here. Way better than Starbucks and convenient location. Ask to get your drink in a ceramic mug. The tea are also very good. Wish they had healthier food options. Fresh fruit parfait, keto Toast, simple biscotti would be nice.

I always go to double shot, but since Beans and Brew is by my house I thought I’d give it a try. Bad idea. I understand I got a $5 sandwich which was decent but my coffee was literally half full. So a $6 coffee that was literally half foam and luke warm. This doesn’t include my generous tip. Highly disappointed and won’t be back.

Coming from Salt Lake where there are a ton of Beans & Brews, we've come to prefer them over other chain type coffee joints, as far as the quality and cost of their offerings.
However, this location is usually just a tad off. The service is always friendly, but we run into some sort of issue with our order here almost 100% of the time. Nothing major, but it's always something, and we never have more than 1-2 items in an order.
Most recently, we purchased a frozen caramel cielo for my wife. We noticed it seemed slightly on the dark side, and after my wife had a few sips she had me taste it; we both felt it was maybe made with a mocha base. This was confirmed shortly after by my wife showing symptoms of her chocolate allergy.

Coffee was pretty decent. Orders take forever and window person seemed very melancholy like she hated her job or life or something. Anyway. I didn't tip for that reason.
