I'm an Instacart shopper. I had a huge and heavy hall for this establishment to pick up over 30 gallons of milk from Costco. It included a $10.48 heavy haul tip. I hauled everything one by one inside and was nice and courteous to the two baristas that were in there. I had no help bringing everything in and that was okay. Minutes later...I checked my Instacart account and my $10.48 was modified to $0.00!!!! They TIP BATED ME!!! Never again will I deliver for them! THEY WERE CUSTOMER A on my instacart summary (Pictured below). It also clearly says that Customer A modified the tip post delivery too. Warning to all Instacart shoppers....do not deliver to this establishment. We instacart shoppers work hard to deliver to our customers.

The Moxie Java on Greenhurst has become a huge disappointment. I don’t know if the owners have changed, but it used to be a husband and wife and this place then was the best place to go for a morning/daytime pick me up! Now, you’ll pay a high price for barely mediocre coffee. My husband has had to go back twice, in the last week, to get what he actually ordered. And instead of replacing it with the proper drink, he was treated with an attitude and they just added whatever they thought was missing to his drink. Unacceptable! We typically go here 3-4 times a week, no longer. Will find another spot to go.

Horrible service: I arrived at drive through at 9:31. It took 4 min to get to the window to order. I was told to pull forward to the second window where I sat until 9:40. When she handed me my drink it was less than lukewarm. I will encourage all my friends and family to Get their coffee from flying M or dutch brothers. Get their coffee from flying M or dutch brothers.

I come to this location weekly, the coffee is delicious and they don't force their employees to breathe in respiratory waste over the plandemic. This is a haven for true idahoans, they value freedom of choice which is important to me. I no longer give money to people who harm their employees and enforce this pretend pandemic insanity.

My service in the drive through this morning was painfully slow. It took about 20 minutes and there were only two cars in front of me. No apology or explanation for the wait time and no sense of urgency after I had waited that long. Definitely not the Moxie it used to be...

Unfriendly, uninformed and ignorant employee. No bariste here. Doesn't know the difference between turkish, espresso or drip grind. Refused to grind whole bean coffee sold there. Need to work on customer service skills and learn the basics about coffee. Won't be back.

This morning I ordered 2 egg sausage and cheese biscuits. To say they were disgusting was a understatement. The sausage was hard, the egg was cold in the middle. It was all around disgusting. Super disappointed to spend $4 each in the sandwich when I could have got something better at the gas station.
