I love their coffee, BUT, at this location everytime i try to use a gift card they always say the machines is broken. Or if I get a free coffee with the stamp card. They always put it towards the cheapest item. Always stuck up and never get my orders right.. I go to this one cause it's closest to my work.. but guess it's worth getting coffee somewhere else.

I have been a moxi die hard for several years. Over the past few months I have been very disappointed in the customer service at the south side location. The last few coffees I bought taste burnt and bitter. When I pointed this out to the manager he refused to remake or refund the coffee so we left six dollars less and no coffee. The next time we went the manager came to the window and stated that they would no longer serve us coffee. There are many places to get coffee and this is a bad way to keep long time customers.

I was just at Moxie Java off of greenhurst Sydney blough and Aubry were very nice ladies I was shaken up I help the girl get away from a bad relationship and Sidney told me to breathe and relax , Sydney was such a sweetheart. you can tell that she loves her job. I give you guys over a five-star thank you so much for being there and taking some time to listen there should be more people like you in the world I highly recommend this place to go to

This place is horrible! Don't waste your time or gas! The people in this place don't know what they are doing! They mess up a hot Americano with an extra shot, multiple times! I have also had issues with bitter and burt tasting coffee on multiple occasions. It was close to my house so I thought maybe these issues would eventually be resolved but it hasn't and probably won't. There is alot of employee turn over there and every new employee probably needs to be trained. This becomes the customer's problem! Myself and those I know who have been going there will be going back to Dutch Brothers where you always get what you ask for with a smile! This seems to be a huge management/ owner problem!

This place has so much potential because it's a great location. Unfortunately, I do not believe it is run well. Gift card machine is "down" (something other reviews have pointed out) and the service isn't professional.

I love this coffee shop! Great crew! Ignore the creepy guys who leave bad reviews because they don't get to flirt with the (mostly UNDERAGE) girls who work there!

Gift card reader has been down for a very long time! I have tried using a gift card i recieved for months! Also last time I went in to redeem my 2 free drinks from filling their cards they wanted to give me grief on the drinks I had to use them on! So I ended up wasting my 2 free drinks on small Italian sodas..... I would have had to order the 2 drinks I wanted to use the free cards on then go back through the line and order the Italian sodas separately, soooo dumb! I have been a very loyal customer for years! But I have about had it.... Human Bean it is!
