Moxie Java - Nampa Southside

Waited 15 minutes with one person ahead of us to get a single coffee drink while watching at least a dozen people in the drive-through breeze right through and when we asked the girl who seem to be in charge ( there were 6 people working behind the counter) what was going on she said for business reasons we have to prioritize drive-through didn’t apologize And then as she was walking away she said without looking at us besides you had someone in front of you (they ordered 2 drinks) . When she finally brought the drink over she just said here’s your drink no apologies nothing I have to say as far as customer service goes somebody needs to work with her I have gone out of my way to avoid the Moxie Java in Kuna because of their poor customer service and usually go to this one because I’ve always enjoyed good service on my way home . Very disappointing.

Recommended and cannot complain, but I always order the same thing. A sugar free mondo with almond milk. This is a strong coffee flavored drink. Sometimes I get a yummy breakfast burrito or a croissant sandwich. Super attentive and friendly, fast and very good. Been stopping in for about four years.

This place is amazing! I go here for amazing prices and amazing quality coffee. They are not Starbucks and I am grateful for that. They except everyone it doesn’t matter who you are or what you identify as.

Love this place. The staff are always super sweet and the drinks are delicious. LOVE their different flavor combinations of Red Bull drinks. Can't wait for sandwichs to come back !! Definite must to go check out.

Got there almost an hour and half before they closed, barista said they would not be making blended drinks because they already cleaned the blenders for closing. I am also a barista and i cant imagine dipping a blender in the dishwasher would be so detrimental an hour and half before they closed. Ridiculous.

Ordered three drinks. One was ordered hot but iced when handed to me. I didn't have time to deal with the mistake so I left with it. It ended up not being very good so a complete bummer. I also got the Carmel White Chocolate Mocha. WOW was it sweet! I actually saved it and added some coffee to it when I got home. It helped. The third drink was fine. I think I will stick with straight coffee from now on.

The gals there have always done a super job with our drinks. Never a complaint.

My friend delivers for instacart. They tip baited to get a delivery of 36 gallons of milk and withdrew the tip after delivery. So unethical. Without that tip it is not worth the time and heavy lifting involved for the shopper, but I guess the female manager there that ordered that knew that and didn't want to pay. Feel sorry for the employees if that's how she treats service workers.
