Moxie Java - Garrity

Unfortunate both times we went there the same lady helped us. The first time she was rude in the intercom and when we left our tip which was small due to her attitude she grabbed it immediately out of the exterior cup a really crazy reaction. The second visit we were hopeful to get another person because we like the company's product but it was her again she was rude again and she didn't give us our change she just kept it we won't ever return I wish I had her name I wanted to call the owner so no one else has to suffer like we did.

This location on 3/6/21 was extremely slow. We sat in line for 18 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of us. We decided to not even order as we just didn't have any more time. Person taking orders was not masked. Since they take order and deliver from same window, the process is knowingly slower, but this was ridiculous.

Excellent! Customer service wonder they are patient and friendly here. Also Moxie has alott of sugar free options!!

Two stars because the taste of their coffee is ok. Customer service is seriously lacking though. I have been here multiple times and they dont say hardly anything to you or even smile.

Moxie has some of the best coffee treasure valley has to offer plus don't forget your punch card after nine drinks the 10th is free!!

It can be a long wait at times, but they provide delicious drinks, and great breakfast food. They have kid friendly options too.

Favorite coffee shop! Only franchise around that carries chocolate almond milk, which is a deal breaker for someone who doesn't do well with cow milk. Excellent and friendly barista's.

I've never had a bad cup of coffee here. Baristas are always warm and welcoming. Even the customers here are incredibly friendly! I highly recommend.

It was honestly my first time going to moxie Java and it was fast, friendly, and convenient. I got the caramocha and although it tastes somewhat powdery, with the texture similar to a protein shake but less intense, it was still good and I'd go back again! We don't have many moxie javas in Boise, so coming to Boise from Nampa we stopped along the way.

Always a good mix. Vanilla Latte for me - hot or iced, they get it right every time. Thanks David, Emily, Caitlin, Lexi, and everyone else!
