Moxie Java - Garrity

I choose Moxie over all the drive through coffee places. I get the milky way with an extra shot. It's fantastic. The workers there are competent and efficient. There are no idiot workers like dutch. Not to mention dutch has awful drinks. I would also say I don't mind not getting a bean with coffee that seems to have a different recipe each time I go. So, for me it will be Moxie every time.

I enjoy Moxie coffee tremendously, the flavor is excellent! Their drinks are not as “heavy” as others. The staff is always smiling and friendly. They know me and my family by name (and car). Great location on Garrity, they have two windows to order from. Thank you Moxie for always waking me up in the mornings!

As a previous loyal customer of this location, I had hoped the customer service would improve. During each visit J.T. and the other employees displayed a negative, unappreciative attitude.

I have always preferred this coffee shop over others in the Treasure Valley because it's locally owned, provides good-tasting coffee, and is more affordable than Starbucks.
Waiting times have increased throughout the years, which is understandable, but I reccommend to only get in line if you have time to spare in the mornings.
My rating is a 3, because I also have a good hunch employees are discreetly adding tips from my card. I tip when I can but with rising coffee prices, sometimes I skip the tip but notice my bank charge being a dollar more than I expected. I can't prove it, because this happens when i don't ask for a receipt. -_- I'm still a customer because I love their coffee, but always ask for a receipt!

The food and drink is pretty good. I love the service at this location and that keeps me coming back.

I love the Moxi but real tired of new faces every time we go, which is once a week. I always order a sugar free milkyway and it never taste the same. Please hang on to your people longer.

I love Moxie Java and I usually go to the one off of Southside and greenhurst. I've recently moved and have come to this location 3 times now.. every single time I've been my whole order has been wrong. The guy dropped my card outside of the drive through window and then was very rude about me grabbing it. Also made a big deal about giving me 3 stamps on my card when I ordered 3 drinks, not to mention I waited over 30min for my drinks.
Went on may 8th between 4-5pm

The coffee here is always yummy and hot. I don’t recommend stopping if you’re in a hurry. I went on my way to work today and was there for 15 minutes waiting for my coffee. I was the only one in line on my side. There might have been 1 or 2 cars on the other side. They were very fast with my breakfast wrap. But the other car ordered 4 drinks. So I had to wait for those to be made first. That’s cool with me. I just assumed my one drink would be made first. I would definitely come here again, when I’m not on my way to work.

The manager Heidi I believe that was her name .Was extremely rude when my husband was ordering our drinks when he asked what flavors of smoothie they had she said you can read it on the screen out there . Then she proceeded to tell us we couldn't split our order because we had a free card for one of the drinks she said it's because we were all together how does she know if we share a bank account or not ... I proceeded to tell there separate and I've done that before in the same car and she got all sort of snappy and said well what do they look like because it's against our policy . I love going to moxie but not if someone cold and rude like that is going to be working there . Usually staff is nice and warm even if they tell us they cant do something. That location needs a new manager I've never met someone so rude in customer service . If she doesnt like her job she needs to find a new one . They lost us as customers and I'll be sure to talk to family and friends who all go to that location every weekend . This is not a review on other staff just on that unpleasant manager . I am sure this will get deleted so I'll be sure to reach someone higher up than her.
