We love this Moxie. There are some posts in here comparing Moxie to DB, but I personally appreciate having my beverages prepared and served by adults I can have a conversation with, without having to compete with bubblegum music blaring from inside the establishment. Service here is always good, from smiling, personable employees. The coffee is great. I like their mochas because they actually taste like coffee, not just a lot of sugary syrup. I like that they have 2 windows to help with efficiency.
Absolutely the worst customer service I've received in a long time. We spend no lass than $18.00 per day at this location and they refused to give us the free drink. We ordered for our punch card. They have certainly lost our business. Rude manager. Dutch Brothers all the way from now on.
Manager was very disrespectful and rude telling me i change my drink alot on how i like my flavoring. I can change my flavors when ever i want im paying almost 6.00 for a coffee. They messed up my drink yesterday morning so i went back to have it fixed they charged me full price again. This morning the manager brings up yesterday and proceeds to tell me if im not happy to go elsewhere for my coffee. I own my own business and Ive never told a paying customer that. I think the owner needs to fire him a manager and clean house. . Starbucks and Dutch never ever treat their paying customers like this. They lost a paying customer that spends 280 month at their coffee stand.
I am very disappointed in the service. I ordered a mega size drink. I just wanted an americano with light heavy cream. All I taste is heavy cream & the drink was dripping out of the cup. No taste just plain disgusting I had to wait 20 minutes for it to cool down it was extremely hot never have I ever received a coffee boiling hot. I couldn't go back to the store since I was far from it at this point. Very disappointed & frustrated.
I gave it another try. Last time was 2 years ago and I wasn't impressed. I try to frequent smaller local businesses when I can. I WONT step foot into a Starbucks for numerous reasons. The taste of my coffee is important and so is the price. Moxies coffee scored average for me in both taste and price. The staff though was VERY pleasant and professional. Unfortunately I will be sticking with Dutch Bros. Not only do I like the taste of their coffee, they custom craft my drink for a very fair price. The same drink at Moxi was $2 more and the cup wasn't as big.
I ordered the hot coco and my mom ordered the Carmel latte and my son a red bull sunrise we were all very pleased they were really really good and I was surprised how inexpensive they were we were all very pleased and we live in Caldwell and it's in Nampa we found our new place to get coffee even the we live a distance away

I had shared this experience with the Regional Manager, who invited me back for another shot, ensuring changes for the better had been made. Well I am here to tell you he was absolutely correct. The staff is WONDERFUL!!!!!! I wasn't sure what to get, so I asked my barista to help me out. The drink recommended was an iced coffee with caramel and white chocolate. I am hooked. I am about to get my 4th one this week. I will definitely be returning.
