Simply lovely. Great little gift selection, wonderful friendly service, and a beautiful coffee cup to sip from. Love the energy of the old building, too!

The Blue Lantern is a great find! The whole shop is so charming and the coffee is strong and bold.

There are plenty of outlets so you can easily find a spot to curl up and work for the day. On the other hand, there are a couple of bigger tables so larger groups can easily meet at The Blue Lantern. It's a calm and comfortable atmosphere that seems like it would accommodate whatever state of mind you are in when you arrive.

My wife and I love going here for coffee dates. They make awesome mochas, and have great tasting scones too. Would go there everyday if we could afford it!

I was VERY disappointed in the way my friend and I were treated today at this coffee shop. We were treated very rudely and the thing that took the cake was my friend is disabled and has trouble walking since he has cerebral palsy and when the coffee was ready the employees didn't even offer to bring the coffee's to the table. He was embarrassed because he would have spilled the coffee's and had to bring attention to his problem by asking me to pick up the coffee's. This may seem small to some people but my friend is a very good person and always wants to do things on his own. I would find a different shop to spend your hard earned money.

It's my dinner place every week on Wednesday. I love my barista man. He has a lot a character. I go every week that I am able for a group knitting night. Thanks Dawn and staff for making Wednesday a fun evening.

Most excellent coffee place. Great building, awesome service, and the pastries are amazing! Coming from the Wet side of the mountains (Seattle area), it's like a little piece of home. Highly recommended.
