Sweet Stuff

This place is amazing! Their ice cream is SQUARE! they have tons of flavors from classics to whacky. Super kid friendly. They sell from 1 scoop to 3 scoops- in cone or cup, its Farr brand ice cream and it ranged from $2.99 - $5.49(est). They also sell Shakes, malts, smoothies, fountain sodas ( medium and large cups) , water bottles, lots of candy and sub sandwiches if you are looking for real food. I definitely recommend this place. Even when the line is long it goes fast.

Square Ice Cream Scoops. Such a unique scoop, kids loved it. One of our favorite spots in Lava Hot Springs, a family friendly spot for your sweets and snacks. Although ice cream was our preferred vice, they have fudge and other sugary snacks. And for those who don't want sweets, they ha e Hot Chocolate, Soda, and water. A little bit of everything.

Shakes, Malts, Smoothies, and Floats were some of the key beverages. Brownie. Banana Split and 2 scoop Sundies are the thing for those looking for combos.

I've attached some menus to make it easier to prepare. Credit card is the main currency (they had limited change on two separate occurrences when I visited) but if recommend some small change for tips.

First off the Vibe is not great in there. The three workers are not friendly, could be because of how hot the place is as well. Also the manager didn’t seem to care when I called to tell them that I found a blonde hair in my daughters ice cream. His response was ”ok”. I also told him that apparently when we ordered most of the stuff we wanted they didn’t have anymore mind you there was three hours still till closing time. His response was “well you can come back today, we have everything right now” and stayed quiet. I live an hour away. An apology would have been good but you can tell that they need training and a cool place to work in.

We had late night Saturday ice cream and a early Sunday afternoon ice cream. Very nice staff and the ice cream was the sweetest treat.

We only ended up eating here after the first two places we tried were closed and the third place was out of everything we tried to order, so we were pretty desperate. The only "food" they offer is subway-style sandwiches, which are pretty much what you expect, but the ladies working the day we were there were super friendly and even made us a special sandwich not on the menu.

We came back for dessert and, obviously, that is where this place really shines. I got a freeze, which I love and is not offered at enough places. We also got "The Ultimate," which was so huge, it easily filled the three of us with plenty to spare.

We were there memorial weekend so the lines were long. The staff seemed to move the customers through fairly quickly. The ice cream is ‘ok’. It’s Farr brand out of Utah. But for $3.29 for a single small scoop it seems a bit much.
The candy assortment is pretty impressive and they make their own fudge and sandwiches.

Fun little ice cream and sweets shop. We went for the square shaped ice cream which was fun! We sampled flavors but, the worker was impatient and looked irritated when we were making a decision. Huckleberry and moose tracks ice cream was good. It was about $3.80 for one scoop. They also charge 50 cents to run a credit card.

Cute little ice cream shop! I love the concept of a square scoop! Definitely recommend you stop by next time you’re in town. The flavors we choose were all delicious!

We only come here for the ice cream and Is occasionally candy, but that doesn't disappoint. We went last Saturday (not yetserday) and I got huckleberry and moose tracks and they were both delicious. I forgot my phone so I didn't get pictures, but their ice cream is SQUARE! Tell me if you've ever seen that. I also got a mini jug of Sneaky Stardust, which is powder that turns into gum when you eat it, and I have never seen it anywhere in person. I only thought you could get it om VAT19. Still though, a really nice place with a good vibe and good ice cream.

Great I've cream parlor and the kids had a lot of fun seeing the variety of treats and candy available. Love the square ice cream scooper, that was unique!
