A+, 5 stars, 10/10! Thoroughly impressed with The Black Cow Cafe. I finally stopped in to grab 2 sandwiches to go and was surprised to see there wasnât a big line. Ordered a club and cowboy Cuban. WHOA! Incredible flavor in each bite, delicious bakery bread, and fresh ingredients. On top of all that, the portions were so huge even my pup got to try some of the amazingness because I couldnât finish my sandwich. All this time right around the corner from my house, I canât wait to go back soon and try something different! Been to many sandwich joints all over the country, coast to coast, and this is a top 5 for me. Thank you Black Cow Cafe!

I've been here a couple of times and the food is amazing! Plus the exceptional customer service and friendly faces, it's always a nice place to go on my lunch break. 6 out of 5 stars đ

I was very excited to try this restaurant but when I got there, I saw they had these very racist stickers making fun of a certain population of people and it made me so uncomfortable that I left. I didn't really want to give money to a business who thinks that's a joke. The food looked good but that kind of ambience makes my skin crawl. Maybe they don't want business from non-white customers. That's how it felt seeing that. Not very welcoming and not the friendly vibe that the Treasure Valley is about. That just perpetuates negative stereotypes about Idaho to put that in a restaurant.

Scrumptious food, great service, awsome atmosphere, I bought a soup and it smells good, definitely recommend this place

I've tried to eat there twice it's a breakfast place it doesn't make much sense to run out of biscuits and gravy by 8:30 in the morning

A very large and delicious sandwich for a fair price. The staff is friendly. The place is small and was a bit busy, so just be prepared for a wait.

Great shop, great food, good people. The Black cow has become a steadfast staple in the area. With so many "fast lunch" "quick bite" gimmick food establishments, that really are not great. The Black cow takes the standard of good food, hard work, and great customer service up a notch. The atmosphere is great, in door or out door dine in, or easy to go options. You can call ahead. Locally owned and operated by gals that grew up here, and take the area seriously for how great it is. Stop in for breakfast, or lunch, grab a chocolate chip bacon cookie. Be polite, be humble, be happy. Stop in to the Black Cow Cafe and Merc.

Love the sandwiches, I just need a bigger mouth to fit around it. Staff are very friendly. Highly recommend stopping and getting some food here. Warning though, do only a half of a sandwich if you are not starving haha.
