I've been going here for about a year. Consistently, there's a good feeling you get when you walk in the door. It's the architecture, the design, the people behind the counter, the quality of the coffee, the "For the People" slogan. This is what a good brand is all about.

Nice place to get a cup of coffee and snack. My 3 stars is because of the service. A Saturday and 3 day weekend i would have thought better - very slow. Don’t expect grab and go or even 5 min. Didn’t believe the excuse that they were short staffed with 3 people working. With the location off I90 would have expected faster service.

Came in from out of town and was really disappointed. The reviews here are glowing but neither of our coffees were good and we didn't see any waffles on the drive through menu. Service was poor and it felt like we were more of a nuisance than a customer. Tossed our coffees in the garbage and went to a better coffee shop at the other end of town.

We found this place just looking for a good coffee shop while stopping in CDA and they are awesome! The staff were incredibly friendly, even suggested some hikes in the area, and the coffee and tea are excellent. We ended up stopping by twice more on our drive back through. The quality of the roast and care they take to prepare it show in both the espresso and drip coffee. I will be stopping here whenever I’m staying or driving through the area. The space is also lovely, including outdoor seating, and they sell local candles that smell like heaven. 11/10 would recommend.

I liked Union Roasters. The place is nice and bright inside. It's clean. The girls behind the counter were friendly. The got a heart in my mocha this morning. I would've preferred an AR-15 image instead but whatever. Difficult to have a conversation inside with it full of people. Very loud. No acoustic breaking the sound up. Parking lot is very tight. Street parking fills up quickly in the morning. My 16 oz warm mocha cost me $5.00. That's really high for me. Many other coffee coffee stand charge me $2.50-$3.00 for the same. Seats are all hard. Not designed to be sat in for hours. Getting there is kinda weird; you must be traveling north bound on 4th street in order to access this place. When you leave, you must turn right (north bound) to exit. Coffee is too expensive for me.

Consider me a coffee snob— this is seriously the best coffee. I have NEVER been disappointed. I live up north and make it here frequently. They make their own almond, pistachio, and vanilla syrups... you can’t go wrong with any them! The owners and all other baristas are so friendly. Thank you Union, for being so quality all the way around!!

Very cute place, I stop in all the time with friends! Waffles are pretty pricey for how much you get but they use fresh ingredients so understandable. The last time I went I got a waffle to go and they over cooked it and knew they over cooked it but still gave it to me which was pretty disappointing when I got home. Overall good service!

They did an amazing job on the renovation. Such an easy drive to get here too it being right off the freeway. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

I got a classic drip with a waffle. The fancy liege waffles are super good as a cafe pastry since im pretty over just ordering a chocolate croissant at every other cafe in town... definitely check this place out!!

Great cafe! Served quality coffee and the barista were knowledgeable and super friendly! Great environment and layout of cafe. Also it's super cool to have a drive through for a cafe of this style. Love it

Great place to go get coffee and a light lunch. The waffles are way creative and simply to die for. All the combos work well, and the goat cheese is amazing. This place has a funky and cool atmosphere, and the people that work there are super nice. Definitely worth checking this place out if you haven't already.
