Sunrise Coffee

I LOVE THIS COFFEE TRUCK! Our family was going to go hiking and just saw it and got coffee but wow we didn't expect much but this coffee was amazing
Pros: price not too expensive, the beans they use aren't too strong but SO FRESH, the coffee bean flavor itself isn't too overpowering and is very smooth, the milk they use isn't too thick or watery, and just the macademia syrup in the latte tied everything together very well without being too sweet, and maintains its freshness. The macademia nut latte was AMAZING and I can't stop raving about the coffee bean quality they use. The resin working was also very nice and gave us recommendations!
Con: driving in and out to get to this truck was a bit difficult so be careful of cars! It is parked on the side of the road and can be sort of hard to see so location would be a con
Overall, delicious coffee using fresh and delicious coffee bean and ingredients !

The avocado toast was off the charts!!! With a little truffle oil…yum. Açaí bowl was also great!!

This is not a good cappuccino. They brew it way too hot. They don’t know how to do the milk. It’s just a bunch of foam flopped on top of hot coffee.

I stopped by this wonderful looking coffee truck two weeks ago looking forward to a cappuccino but never got to sample. The young lady working that morning (by herself) was kind enough to engage in conversation with a patron who really needed to talk to somebody but after 15 minutes of waiting I decided to move on. I passed the truck at least seven times in the next 11 days while visiting Kauai but couldn't bring myself to waste more of my vacation. Wish it had turned out differently.

Probably my favorite coffee truck we visited on our trip. The food and pastries were excellent.

So good! Got macadamia nut vanilla iced coffee with a blueberry cream cheese french toast muffin. Also got strawberry guava cream cheese muffin and a watermelon Italian soda. Everything we had was so yummy!!! Will definitely be a regular!

The Macadamia nut sticky buns are heaven and the coffee was really, really good.
