Adorable Cafe with the most friendly staff and delicious breakfast!! French toast is a must try. Amazing local favorites & Portuguese sausage is something we look forward to every time we visit Hawaii. This is a must stop for breakfast!! Mahalo for the amazing experience❣️❤️🌺

We ate here many mornings because it was close to our hotel, the service was great and fast, and the food was delicious! My favorite was the tow in: I dream about that thick slice of Hawaiian bread with that sweet syrup and Haupia pudding on top! Plus the eggs, sausage or bacon filled us up for the morning! I told Mryna (spelling?) the woman who was taking our orders and running those orders out to people when it was our last day there, and before we left she somehow managed to run out to me and give me a cute canvas bag with the cafe’s logo on it, thanking us for stopping by! I hope to visit this place again someday when we return to Kauai!

we must have come on an off day, as the food was bland and inedible. the bacon was so cold/tough/chewy and the eggs had no seasoning. on the plus side, my toddler liked the plain white rice. service is fast and kind, but food is nothing we’d ever want to eat again.

Delicioussss! Awesome spot for great breakfast with a local spin. Good prices and not much of a wait even though it was busy. Servers were very attentive. Pork and rice was 🤤and so was the French toast. Check on out the juice store next to it as well!

Got here by about 9:30 with a party of 4 and had to wait 30-40 min. Lots of people got seated before us, but they were smaller parties. Once you put your name down, walk around and check out the other shops. Had the one piece haupia macnut French toast. The little piece of coconut pudding on top was unusual and good and the French toast was delicious. I actually shared the French toast with my mom who got the half papaya filled w/yogurt, Anahola granola and fruit. Hers was fresh and delicious as well and both were plenty to fill both of us up for an afternoon of swimming and snorkeling!

I got really weird vibes from this place. A few things I’d like to point out that made my experience 1-star:

1) They seem to get annoyed if you go inside to ask them for a table. They want you to wait outside, but then they don’t come out to help you.

2) The staff tried to seat us underneath the rain dripping off the roof.

3) Some of the items other diners have posted from this place are no longer being served at this restaurant. The lack of consistency is awful because diners like myself read reviews and look through photos and pick restaurants based on the offerings posted by other diners.

4) The staff were not friendly and before we even finished our meal, slapped the bill on our table.

5) The only tasty thing on my plate was the bacon. But I mean that’s because bacon always tastes good no matter what.

My wife and I came here for breakfast on a very windy day. While we sat outside (like most seating there, our seating was in a location where the wind did not affect us much. I had some type of incredible pork hash and my wife had equally incredible honey toast dish. Their sauces are great and can be purchased next door. The service was okay, but did feel a little rushed due to the high interest. Not a big deal though, the food was great!

Food is carry-out with no indoor seating, but several picnic tables are available outside.

Anuenue has yet to disappoint me. I first came here with my wife 3 years ago and had the most amazing breakfasts complete with macadamia nut French toast, eggs, and Portuguese sausage. Flash forward to a few days ago when we’re able to return, and they haven’t changed one bit. The food is always outstanding and the staff is very attentive.

Suggest you do take out as their is just a small area to eat.

We had breakfast and the food was great and good mix of Hawaiian style dishes and traditional American breakfast dishes.

All of them are food.
