Island Craves Kauai

This was a great stop and the donuts did not disappoint. The exterior was crispy and the inside was nice and fluffy. We also got the pizza but I was in the mood for the donuts. Unfortunately the person in front of us got the last apple fritter which looked crispy and delicious.

We stopped into Island Craves with starving children after a Long Beach Day, and we weren’t prepared for how amazing they were. These donuts are the BEST donuts I’ve ever had. We’ve been all over the country and have had donuts in every state, and these are by far the best. They’re perfectly fluffy, and just the right amount of sweetness. We came on a Friday and I tried the passion-fruit donut, and I dreamed of it for days! The vibes in the restaurant are colorful, relaxing and refreshing. Definitely a kid-friendly place! The staff are absolutely spectacular, especially Fale. We had the pleasure of having her both days we visited. She was kind, knowledgeable and quick to help. The food was fulfilling, delicious and just the right amount. We tried the chicken strips, breakfast sandwich, burgers, their boba, curly fries, tater-tots and every single item was on point! The mozzarella sticks were a huge hit. If I could give them a 10 star I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was called "the Kapaa doughnut place" for a long time, that that is how they started. They have added ice cream, teas, burgers, pizza to their offerings. I liked it, two caveats, they are not fast food if you get my drift. Most important the road that services is one way. You need to approach from the North and turn right on Akia Rd right after The Kauai Store and then an immediate left onto their service road. Their service road is not in Google maps, will try to get it added. Food is good, I took pictures of their craves pizza and cheeseburger, (big burger).

We came here the first morning of our recent vacation. My daughter liked it so much we came back the next 3 mornings. The doughnuts were perfect and there were new fun flavors each morning we were there along with all the classics. I also really liked the tasty grab and go breakfast burritos. The young ladies running the counter were attentive and helpful. I highly recommend checking this place out.

Best place to get your donuts early. Cant beat the 5:30 open time. Lotsa great flavors. Friendly staff and clean location
Easy to get in and out. And they have other food as well! Havent tried it yet, but if its as good as the donuts im sure its worth it. The bubble tea options are decent, powder mixes, boba is fresh and they have popping boba.

I know there aren’t a lot of donut places on the island but our donuts were not fresh and honestly not amazing. We came close to closing which makes me think they don’t make fresh ones in the evening.The staff was nice, the location was fun. I was really hoping these donuts led up to the hype but the customer experience is so much different at the end of the day. We may come back to try the pizza.

Ok, so this store doesn’t have the best curb appeal from the front, but the mural on the south side says it all … Without exception, this store has the BEST DONUTS that I have EVER HAD in my LIFE !!! But get there early if you want a Coconut Cream Malasada…

Busy place. Got the last guava malasada. It had good guava flavor.

Do not recommend getting boba here. It’s powder and tasted grainy.

The fritters looked good but didn’t get to try it. They also serve lunch foods as well.

This place caught our eye when we originally passed it. When we were driving by again we had to stop. Their Thai Milk Tea…ehhhh. BUT!! Their donuts, OMG. SO YUMMY! Soft and delicious! That’s all we tried but would absolutely recommend stopping in for a donut at least!
