Island Craves Kauai

I have to edit as my last post didn't do Island Craves justice. To consider these donuts great is an understatement. These donuts weren't just great, they are on a whole other level.
I have had donuts from CA to NY and everywhere in between, these were the best donuts I have ever had.
I would consider myself a reputable source of such information as I have eaten a lot of donuts. I challenge anyone to suggest a worthy comparison, I can't personally think of one. Everyone should have the opportunity to experience such an example of deliciousness. This is donut perfection!

Sad to say this, but I'll never find a better breakfast sandwich back home. That was made with LOVE! I had the sausage egg and cheese brioche sandwich and in every aspect it's perfect. Toasted bun with that softness still there for the bite but still is firm enough to not fall apart, two sausage patties cooked to a nice crisp packed with flavor but not overpowered, a nice over easy egg cooked all the way through enveloped by a nice slice of melted cheese, and to top it off the just right amount of their sauce to really bring it all together. It might have taken a few mins to make but when the guy handed it to me I could tell this dude knew what he was doing. Took his time with it and he made a breakfast sandwich I don't think can be topped. props to the folks working that morning y'all the real MVP's

Cashier almost tipped herself 20 dollars. I feel their point of sale is deceptive. When it's time to put the tip in, it almost seems to try to add another 0 to the tip. I felt the product is good but I felt the cashier was rushing me a bit. I went back because my family loved the Bavarian Donuts but I wouldnt trust the POS again. Try to use a different system.

Food is great but the customer service is lacking. I went in today and ordered a burger and fries. The female employee told me that my order would be ready in about 15min. I told her I was going outside to wait in my car and that I could be back in 15min. She said okay. I came back in after 15min and sat down and one of the tables because I wrongly assumed that an employee would tell me when my food was ready. I guess it’s my fault and I should have gone up to counter every few minutes to ask if my food was ready? As I’m waiting for my food the employee who took my order made eye contact with me multiple times and I smiled. I thought she had remembered me ordering my food only 15min ago. No one called out my name or told me my order was ready. After waiting so long as I asked if my order was done and the employee went into the back and said it had been ready for a while. They called my name when I was outside and just gave up.

Really tasty donuts. They also have some good-looking breakfast. They have a lot of different food they serve throughout the day. I recommend checking it out.

Donuts are good but small selection. We were there 2 years ago when they had their soft opening and the selection was great.

Malasadas are on point! Everything else looked amazing.

Food and doughnuts were pretty good. They could benefit from doing a smaller menu really well. On the plus side, there is something for everyone.

Very good Pastries and we really loved the malasadas (Portuguese donuts, filled with coconut cream and another with mango filling! Their were five people in our party and everybody loved what they had ordered!
