I wish I could give this place 10 stars! My family and I visited this location twice in 3 days in the morning. Bubba and Siska were amazing and they are the reason for 10 stars. They go above and beyond to provide great service and make you feel like family. You have to try the coffee samples if you are a true coffee lover and the delicious chocolates. Cozy location that is only steps away from the ocean views.

AMAZING!
If you're on the big island this is a stop you must do!
I've tried different coffee but kona coffee Cafe is the BEST coffee I've ever had. The beans are freshly picked from the farm and the prices are great. The coffee is so smooth to drink I don't need to add cream or sugar.
Every time I have gone there the staff is so amazing, friendly, and fast with the service. I recently came home from my trip to Hawaii and had received my coffee bag in the mail. Like I said they're great on their customers service and the beans were freshly picked from the farm.

I stop by here every time I am in Kona. Great coffee. Very friendly and helpful staff. And free samples. I ❤️ the Peabody blends.

Once you try this coffee, it’s hard to have anything else. Absolutely delicious and worth every penny, especially the macadamia nut flavor! The aroma while it brews makes me so excited to start every day ☺️

The five star reviews listed here must just be from stupid tourists that know nothing about coffee or they're written by staff, because this is a one star establishment in quality of products and of customer service. I went here with my brother to get cold drinks on a walk, he wanted an iced coffee and I'd wanted a fruit smoothie. I asked for the fruit smoothie to be made with a water base instead of ice cream and they thought that was weird. I realized why when they used juice instead of fruit. When I got the slushee, one worker said she had to try it and dipped a spoon in my drink without my consent. My brother ordered an iced coffee, but it was so watered down we could hardly taste the coffee. This has been mentioned before in reviews of this place, so it seems to be their whole system of serving coffee to people. If all the positive reviews are true, most people are probably ordering dessert drinks with ice cream and syrups, but that is now how the cafe is advertised. If you are a milkshake shop, say that, so people don't go there expecting a drink they won't get.

This joint is amazing. I drink my coffee as intended, with no cream or sweetener, so I am constantly looking for premium quality coffees. This place does not disappoint. I tried the Coconut Cream, Dark Peaberry, and Peaberry Espresso. All three were amazing. If you are a coffee drinker and are on the Big Island, you can't skip out on visiting Kona Coffee Cafe.

My husband and I came across this coffee shop when we were shopping in Kona. We've never heard of peaberry coffee but very happy we tried it because it's delicious! The ladies working there were so friendly and gave us a lot of free samples to try. We were on the lookout for a great coffee shop in kona and this was definitely it! We tried others during our trip and they didn't even come close. I like how they let us ship the coffee to our home in Wisconsin so we didn't have to worry about packing all of it. Arrived at our house about a week after. Thank you for the great experience! We love enjoying a taste of Hawaii now that we're home again. Mahalo!

It's in a cute plaza but the coffee they serve is very watered down. They offer peaberry but at a pretty high price point.
