Don’t even get your hope high from the looks of it. This is true example if don’t judge a book by its cover. We ordered cappuccino, Matcha latte and both were below ordinary. Tried brownie which was ok and nothing to rave about. Asked for a steamed milk for my mom and we were told they don’t do such things which was hard to believe and shows the customer service attitude!!!

Originally came here for the bubble waffle and coffee (both were delicious). However it was their Thunderbolt that truly won me over. I recommend everyone try it. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was great.

This place is super cool and enjoyed the ambiance UNTIL I placed an order for food. They made me the complete wrong thing which I was super cool about and asked them to please fix their mistake and they responded with such a negative attitude about something so very simple and easy to fix... For a place that's all about peace and tranquility she sure was a rude young woman. I won't list her name but I sure will not be spending anymore time or money in this business.

The drinks were fantastic, the bubble waffles were amazing and overall the vibes were off the charts. A bit pricey but not enough to stop us from going back for more.

Hidden inside the Bohemian Boutique Gallery was an artistic interpretation of coffee. The walls were classy artsy fartsy & the colors were the kind unicorns love. They had the biggest coffee drip system I have ever seen. It was more than 3 feet long (see the video). I had already ordered my coffee from the auto vendor screen located at the front of the entrance, so I avoided waiting for all the indecisives already waiting at the cafe. I ordered iced coffee & the coffee was deep & rich & strong. The smell was like heaven in a cup. I will be back every time I go to Hilo. I will even risk the inconvenient parking & the homeless people.

Best Strawberry milkshake I've ever had!

Incredible smoothies and drinks made by Hilo's sweetest and cutest baristas who all sport great DIY aprons apparently made by the owner. The front half is a gallery and shop consisting mostly of gems, carvings, and your standard new age accouterments.

Not only is a REALLY cool place, its REALLY good too! I got the Lime in da Coco WITH MAGIC! when you come get a drink, and you absolutely should, if they ask if you want magic...the answer is ALWAYS YES!!! I won't tell you why, you just need to go do it for yourself!!! Stop reading this and go...tonight! Hurry, they close at 6p!!!

Best damn waffles, service, smoothies, lemonade... literally everything. 10/10 I WILL STOP HERE EVERYTIME I AM IN HILO. PERIOD. You walk in a normal person and walk out a freaking unicorn. Not enough stars. ******************

My first one star review of a business, but these guys lacked aloha so hard I had to. $5.50 for a super mediocre very small latte that took forever. When I asked where the sugar was they said they didn't have any but they could give me simple syrup. I said sure. She said that would be an additional 50 cents. Gross.
