Loved my experience here!! I loved the colorful environment & the service was excellent. Lots of vegan milk & icecream options. I got the Mermaid Latte which was very delicious. 10/10 recommend

Terrible service, poor attitudes. I ordered a sandwich but they were out of bagels and kicked me out when I asked why they couldn't substitute the bagel for sourdough, which they also have. I get that there's no button in their computer, but common sense should prevail. Whole family ended up walking out and cancelled our order which would've been close to $60 - all because they were too stuck up to answer a question.

Nector is my comfort place in Hilo. It’s such a vibe and the drinks are out of this world amazing. Highly recommend the Mermaid Kiss, bubble waffles and any of the coffee drinks!

Cute little shop, with delicious food, and smoothies. The ladies were a riot and I'd be happy to come back a third time with more laughs and conversation.

We ordered coffee and the lilikoi bubbles and waited 30 min for them to come out. The cashier initially told us that it would take 10 min. But we kept waiting and asked to cancel our order because we didn’t want to spend our whole day at the cafe. The cashier initially said she would cancel but then Sunshine wouldn’t allow it. It was super frustrating - terrible customer service. The barista made amazing coffee but Sunshine ruined our experience with her poor customer service skills.

This is the most magical artsy coffee shop I have ever seen! Its literally located in an art gallery filled with crystals and whimsy! My husband ordered the root beer float and really enjoyed it! I ordered the brown sugar latte and I wish there was less milk because you couldn’t really taste the brown sugar so much, but overall it was good! The entire place had an awesome vibe, from the art to the staff! Definitely stop by!

Such a hip spot. Supah brew and mermaid me hungry brew were dank. The cafe is also at the back of a pretty cool store.
