Amazing store with incredible things. A bit on the pricey side, but some lovely rare funds. The cafe is incredible...coffee is made to perfection and all the ingredients are natural. The food is so good, and the ice cream is a great treat on a hot day!

This place looks amazing and their menu, while overpiced, is unique. However i cannot reccomend it. Go to Liquid Life instead.

Today my husband and I ordered 2 drinks and a bagel. We waited 15mins just to order because the barista wouldnt stop chatting with the couple in front of us. No big deal usually.
But then we were there an additional 30-40mins waiting on our order, watching tourists in larger groups order and get their food before us.
Additionally, my husbands hot drink was handed to him cold. As well as my bagel. My iced 20oz v latte was foamed for some reason, which once deflated left half the cup empty. Also no vanilla. The shots were burnt. Neither of us could get past a few sips.

$17 for a bagel + latte and 40 mins ill never get back.

And you can see the latte in my photo which i took because i presumed the owners would try to deny this, as you can see in their passive aggressive responses to any form of criticism.

I was blown away! The menu offered a ton and everything could be modified your way. I got the coffee milkshake and it's honestly the best milkshake I've ever had. We live in Kona and had visitors from NC. We were all beyond impressed by the lemonade and bubble waffles. The Elfle was a full meal by itself. We will go back every time we're even close to Hilo!

Got a regular latte, matcha latte, smoothie, smoothie bowl… waited for over 30 min. 2 girls working, one did everything while the other one made 2 drinks in 30 min - she didn’t start on my matcha latte until everything else and that took another 5 min. We couldn’t order a bubble waffle because they were short staffed. I understand being short staffed, but usually people move a lot quicker when they have a bunch of orders to do. 2 stars because the drinks were good. 0 stars for service.

The employees that make the ordered were rude, my sister ordered a smoothie bowl using their system in the front and there was no option to remove coconut because she is allergic. So she asked the person making her order if they could not put coconut and they told her that they don’t do that kind of things and still continued to make the order. My sister should have been refunded. It’s a shame, they should put a sign up just to let people know ahead of time before ordering.

Huge fan of the bee brew (cold brew with lavender and honey). I added heavy whipping cream and it was just so delicious! Also located in the back of a cute store to shop around while waiting for your drink.

4 of us waiting to buy coffee, we were refused use of the bathroom until we made our purchase. Due to emergent need of the facilities I left to find another location. Another of our party left due to overwhelming perfume of the store. The other 2 stayed to purchase coffee.....one was ok. The other was terrible. Very bitter with with flavored whipped cream, which they were not expecting. Overall I would not recommend or go back.

Overpriced. Ridiculous. Didn’t taste good. Go get Starbucks if you want a coffee or green tea! One pump of flavor and you have to pay for each pump! $9 for a cold brew

The Hawaiian pineapple white tea was good, however the espresso may have been the smallest I’ve ever seen. No restroom to use either (though many places in this area don’t have restrooms for customers). Kind of a… strange interior, with employees walking around in lavish headdresses and masks dripping with jewels. Definitely an e-girl meets vampire vibe.

We had ice cream from here and it was so good. It was a really cool shop that adds to the entire experience. My wife had the cookie monster that was like cookies and cream meets cookie dough, it was really good. I had the Mac Nut it and is a great flavor for those that like pralines and cream or butter pecan. Definitely a recommend to grab for a sunset walk after dinner.
